    This is PERFECT! I work from home and my job requires me to be at my desk for my full 8 hour shift. I’ve been looking for ways to incorporate more movement in my daily routine and this is perfect! I’m thinking of maybe doing it each hour. Love Jo’s workouts!

    How did I only find you now? Every one of your workouts is fun and feels so good. Before, when someone said "You need to find a workout that you love" I was like "Hehe, good luck".     This is just what I needed. I started working out again and had a goal of 3x this week. So far I've exceeded that sometimes doing 2 in one day since Saturday because the walking/dancing workouts are so much fun and effective. A little sore so making this a rest day. Did this in my office in work clothes, wearing a dress. Perfect!

    Thank you so much for this video. Being a mom working at a desk from home during COVID I found I have gained a whole lot of weight. This is perfect to break up my day and ease me into moving more. I would love to see more quick 5 minute desk workouts!

    Oh I needed this! 10 hour shifts at the computer is no joke yall. Even with a stand up desk I’m still tense and in pain through the shoulders. Giving this a go today throughout the day!

    This video is such as good idea! I just graduated from nursing school but I am still sitting down to study for long periods for of time for NCLEX and this workout is great. That posture was getting horrible and with studying and having 3 kids I was developing a back hump. This will help big time.
