    This short 12-minute quick and easy fat loss workout routine will help you lose weight, burn fat, and feel good

    Try one or stack them for an ultimate workout!
    This workout is perfect to be done in the evening at least 1 hour before bedtime and at least a half hour after your last meal. Doing this workout will help you get your body in fat burning mode before you drift off to sleep. All these exercises are simple and can be done right at home!
    You’ve got this! Keep exercising every evening with this workout and you will see fat loss results in as early as 3 weeks--but you have to stay consistent if you want to see lasting results!

    I’ve been doing these workouts for like two weeks now. I had a really bad night, majorly stressed/overwhelmed and I had a meltdown then crawled into bed. I decided to get up and do this because I was looking for “bed workouts”. So, I stood up out of bed and did half of this video in my underwear and sobbed the whole time. Progress isn’t pretty and it hurts some days. But I’m proud that I even got up because two weeks ago I can tell you, I wouldn’t have.

    So I haven't left a comment yet but have been doing these the past 2.5 months. Your channel is phenomenal. I've never kept to a workout routine or a diet for more than 2 weeks. It's almost been 3 months. I was overweight and felt so terrible about my image. I already feel so much more confident and have dropped 15lbs since I started. I'm starting to grow too!

    THAT was perfect!! I am 50 and basically starting over….. I actually did the jumping jacks without peeing my pants! lol!!! I’ve had 4 children…. It’s a Christmas miracle!! I have to say I’ve been exercising for four months and it wasn’t until tonight that I really am seeing progress and strength! YAHOO!!!!

    I’m a mama to a toddler, I don’t have much time for myself. I’m tired of being over weight and sad. So as soon as I put my child to bed I found your workout and got started.     Hey Jo! Been recovering from COVID the past week and been stuck in isolation. I wanted something short yet effective because I can’t do long workouts yet, and this was IT for me! I felt so much better physically, mentally and emotionally after those 12 minutes! Love you!

    I’ve started doing this every night, I’m 116kg and I’ve started my weight loss journey. Even if I feel sluggish I still really enjoy doing this workout and i always feel better after doing it

      quick update! i habent been able to do this workout in a couple of months but i have been going to the gym daily and im now sitting at 107kg! i finally got around to doing this again and im defo adding it back into my nightly routine!

    😢Jo, you are awesome. I’m a nurse working 12 hours days and night shift and I go 3days 12 hour straight. I was having so much trouble getting my daily exercise done cuz when I get off work. I spent more than an hour traveling back home. When I’m home I barely have time to rest BUT then I found this video!! I’m definitely going do this before I sleep !!

    I always do your walking workouts when I feel lazy because "they are easy" and then at the end I feel like taking my lungs out for a break but also feel so proud that I did it. 😂 Thank you 💕

    I love everything about this! How the movements look simple enough but manage to get your heart pumping and break a sweat, the background with the blue lights is soothing, your smile as you do the movements, the adorable dog watching you lol 💜💜💜 thank you so much for this! I’m getting back into fitness and it’s so difficult especially in the heat! But this is simple enough to do in my small (air conditione) bedroom 🥰

      @@DeepikaSingh-ir5iu I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling a little down regarding your progress - believe you me that we've all been there at some point in our lives, even Jo! Try to remember that working out is not only about the outward appearance, but also a lifestyle commitment that has a range of "unseen" benefits when done in a healthy and manageable way: improved metabolism and sleep, increased energy that is sustained throughout the day, more elasticated, supple and stronger muscles, spinal support and better posture, greater range of motion and much more! It even allows us to learn time management, scheduling, setting and sticking to goals and a host of other important skills.
      Perhaps you are not seeing the results you desire because you've hit a bit of a plateau for now (you can Google search "reasons for weight loss plateau" and research a bit on this if you want), or maybe because you don't actually have any excess weight to lose. We tend to see ourselves in a skewed light and negatively judge things about our bodies that others don't even take notice of (for me that includes my lower belly, as it does for many people) ; and we all have parts of ourselves that we deem to be "problem areas" that cannot necessarily be changed even with intensive exercise and toning. We really need to learn to accept and be comfortable with this, as that is how we were made and built. 🌷 Be kind to yourself and your body, and know that exercising is a commendable and healthier life choice with many long-term benefits that can only serve you well!

    Seeing and feeling all the sweat on my face and how slimy I look after these 12-minute workouts make me feel amazing and motivated to keep going. I've gained 20 pounds this year due to depression and covid and I tried other channels but they were really challenging and I couldn't keep up or find the motivation. I tried the 12-minute morning one and it got me hooked. I've been trying to do these 12-minute ones 3-4 times a week and it honestly makes me feel amazing and motivated to continue.     I Love Jo and her amazing work out videos! I have been working out since Mid-February of this year, and I am down 22.2 pounds, all I've been doing is using the free version of MyFitnessPal to track calories in and out (making sure that I stay in deficit) and walking 5 miles a day 5-6 times a week, when I dont have 90 minutes to walk 5 miles I do grow with Jo's 15-30-minute videos instead. Love doing her videos they are a blast to do and boost my mood for the day. Her work outs are much more challenging for me then a brisk 5 mile walk so whenever I've been doing more walking and haven't done her videos in a while, I have to start back out with her beginner videos lol but that's ok because if I do them every day they become too easy for me and then I dont really feel like I'm even getting a workout in.

    Thank you for this! Didn’t work out this AM like I planned. I was tossing and turning in bed scrolling for the workout I’d do tomorrow morning and remembered I saw you had a “nighttime” workout. I said to myself “why not now”.This was perfect. Got me moving, but short and still makes me feel like I worked out. Now for a nice warm shower and then 😴

    love this so much. I'm 40 about to turn 41 with 4 kids ages 9 to twin 2 year olds! I have made a personal goal to do 30 growwithjo workouts in 30 days (even if it is just the stretch or 12 minute ones). Going into 41 strong! We just finished covid too!

      Such a great idea, i have trouble staying consistent even with fun work outs but setting this goal of any work out even a 12 minute one every day seems very doable. I will try your strategy because going back to working out after the weekend its always hard.

    I’m 52 years old I have knee problems (arthritis) I had arm surgery last year and during my physical therapy I found your videos! I have been doing them for 7 mos lost 40lbs and changed my eating habits. Your workouts really work and it only takes about 30min a day. Thank you !!!

    I found you yesterday evening bcs I was looking for walking exercise to potentially help with my blood circulation. You could say I look fit but I need to heal my body from within. I did also your morning and just finished this bedtime exercise video. I think this can really do some good for me. I want to help my body to function smoothly.     I’ve worked out many… few times. And I’ve never in my life completed a video without pausing and taking breaks. I’ve never truly had fun doing a workout unless it was jump roping. This was impressive. This was my first time working out to one of your videos. Not only did I work up a sweat but I also enjoyed it. I will be continuing these! You made 12 minutes feel like 5. Woww.

    I am in the worse shape of my life. Constant pain. I can't get out of bed correctly. Sore. It has taken over my mental, physical and emotional health.
    I'm sitting in the bathroom, trying to take a break aka hide from my kids. This just popped up on my TH-cam.

    It happened! I got so used to working out with Jo on longer workouts, that a few days without has me feeling like something beautiful's missing. I'm bout to go to bed, did this first, & now hopefully will sleep better. Gnight. Sweet dreams.

    Fourth workout of my second week! Feeling so good! I need to start watching what I'm eating and up protein and lower sugar... next week is a new week! I feel my hips getting smaller and it is so much easier to climb the stairs!

    I love this workout. Perfect amount of time and I like that it’s for at night this will really help with my digestion issues and sleep.. thanks Joe !!! You’re the best . I’ve been following you for 5 months faithfully now and I feel so good all the way around about myself and my improvements. When I first started I could barely do any of the positions with out falling over and out of breath now I’m getting it girl lol… please do more 😄

    Did this tonight ( 01 FEB 2023) to feel less guilty for eating 3 slices of pizza for dinner 😔promised myself to have boiled egg salad and okras but family ordered pizza and couldn't resist the temptation duh! Hope i'll be able to work on that disciple ha! But thanks Jo for this workout. Was very much doable and not too straining.

    It’s my first day starting this workout I’ve been losing weight with diet alone , yesterday was the first day of Ramadan and now I’m trying to lose more weight long term so I decided to try this out so far I love this workout I’m gonna try to this every night of Ramadan thanks for the help with my fitness journey.

    I'm so glad I found you! Your 10-12 minute workouts are amazing, just hard and long enough to make me sweat and keep me motivated. When I'm feeling lazy and don't want to work out, I remind myself that I just need 10-12 minutes and get it done!

    Been doing Jo’s workouts for the past week and a half. Almost skipped tonight but then decided to go for the evening fat burn workout. I feel SO good after completing it! I was sore and stiff all day and now my muscles feel so much better and relaxed. This channel is FINALLY giving me the motivation to get healthier and it feels incredible. Thank you Jo!! ❤

    Had a busy day running around with the kids…ate junk…missed my workout…so i decided to do this workout before turning in for the night (12:15am) and I’m so glad i did. It’s good to end the night on a high note 😊

    I’m just getting back into working out as I’m approaching 50 & this has become my go to when I need to squeeze a workout in or just before bed & I sleep like a baby. I’m just starting dig through your channel but this nice little workout is really on point, well done!

    I had guests over today and had a bit of my junk was feeling really guilty about the food and just then when I was mindlessly scrolling through youtube found ur video . Worked out following your video..I swear throughout the video I was burping disgusting gas and sweating feeling stronger and more determined then ever. Thank you so so so much Jo...you're literally my idol at this point...I never liked working out thinking its this huge amount of work. But with ur workout videos I know....its just MOVEMENT. WORKOUT = MOVING THT BODY...

    Ma'am when I say these ciders save my life! You are so peppy upbeat and it's stuff I can do and I'm 400 lbs.     I'm in college right now for engineering and very busy with different applications, internships, and just school work in general. I just don't have time to workout like I used to, so this is perfect for me to still get some activity in. While the calorie burn is nice, the main reason I do this is because it improves my mental health so much. Keep being awesome Jo!

    Honestly y'all, I'm at my heaviest weight this far in life. And I think I'm actually going to be in this for the long haul. Even when I was moving, I felt slow and wasn't keeping up with the pace. But I told myself, u know what, I can just go at my own pace. I'll get to her pace eventually. And even so, it's a bit before bed but I'm glad I still got this in. Love reading everyone's stories! Hopefully I can join y'all in those ranks by next year 😁❤️✌️

      I started only 2 weeks ago and I already feel so much stronger. My coordination and balance has improved so much, not to mention my endurance. Her workouts are great, keep going!!

    This is the secret formula, short 10-12 minutes, HIT, simple straight to the point, great music and a huge smile. i can literary do this anytime of the day. That was amazing

    I love these 12 minutes fat burn exercises.I cannot believe how much I sweat at the end of it (my fat cries). The 12 minutes exercises are perfect! They are effective, efficient, and more over I look forward to doing them becouse they are not daunting. Can we please have more short minute exercises.

    I started working out w Jo a few months back, my ankle started hurting a few weeks in and fell off. Tonight, at 1ish in the morning, I said no more procrastinating and I did 2 of your 12 min workouts. The seated one & this one. Not going to lie, I totally felt this one but I refuse to stop. Then realized I just worked out for 24 mins, not too bad. Have wedding on Nov 12 & want to lose 10-15 pounds! Yay me!! TY Jo, I know you hear it alot but YOU are an inspiration!! You're definitely walking in your calling! Thank You again! 💕💯

    I love this workout! I didn't have time for a full workout. So I did 10 minutes of arms while cooking dinner, than I did this workout after dinner. I feel so good. I love these 10 and 12 minute workouts. Sometimes you just need something quick.

    this is the first workout i've done that has made me feel good both during and after completing! i have a habit of starting 'regular' workouts and quickly losing track within a week, but this one will hopefully keep me coming back for more! so grateful to have found your channel, thank you

    I love your channel!!! I don’t enjoy going to the gym much or doing basic workout exercises. They seem like a torture to me! But you make it so fun!!! I love your style and time flies by so fast when I follow your workout videos! They’re challenging enough for me and they push me a little out of my comfort zone. Thank you so much ☺️

    This is great! Anything knee friendly is a God send for me these past few yrs. I lost weight 5yrs ago w cardio then gained 20 pounds when i worked in France for the yr. Then when covid hit i used that time to lose the weight but did strength training instead not cardio cuz ive had loose skin all my life from being overweight. But i hurt my knees from all those squats cuz i jumped to advance quickly and ive never had the perfect squat form for awhile. I kept working out but stopped until my knees got too painful to even stand. So i did PT for a yr and i started a new job. My knees got slightly better then my PT realized after I kept trying to tell him, that the exercises he gave me actually created more problems for my knees so I stopped. I couldn't even bend my knees to pick up something let alone workout and i also hurt my back at the same time as my knees and never fully gotten better. 2yrs later im trying to get back into working out after gaining back the weight i lost plus more. I really wanna get back into shape but i also am so limited w my options. Any suggestions on what I can do for exercises or even stretches? Ive used up all the moves i can think of and i need a variety. I do some stretches but im never sure if its enough or the right 1s for what muscles im using. I usually have really tight muscles. Im constantly stressed and idk y but when im working out i squeeze my legs more than i have to which puts pressure on my knees and causes me more pain. Not sure how to fix that issue. I do that for any body part honestly even when im writing something fast. Its like i have to keep everything tight and not moving so i can put all my energy on 1 part of my body.
