I was told I wasn't getting my weightloss surgery because I had gained too much weight, they gave me a second chance and because of following Mira's workouts I have lost over 7kg in a month and a half and am now safely back down to where I need to be for my surgery! @@jillderman6653 I didn't change my diet too much but I did cut down dramatically on sugars (I have a diagnosed eating disorder so it was tough) I also cut out alot of unhealthy foods but didn't ristrict myself either but I did one of Mira's workouts every afternoon, usually one of her longer ones :)
I escaped my 30 mins limit! When I started 2 weeks ago, I could do only 20 mins max (with 3 times break in between) - thats how unfit I am. Today I finally can do a 38 min without rest! Yayyy

Right after waking up drink 1 glass of warm water then do this aerobic after that drink green tea with lemon and before 9 am take your breakfast i prefer oats pancake. And than in lunch you can eat anything but be carefull with your calorie intake. For evening snacks you can take chickpea aur brown bread. And for dinner i prefer oatmeal. And most important part of your diet is exclude all the junks specially soda. Avoid drinking liquid sugar. Till now i lost 10 kg in two months. I hope it will help you to reach your body goal. And i am still on my weight loss journey and i am sticking into it.

I like that the work out is in classical form 1980s style type of exercise with the classic AEROBICS title (I was born in the 90s but still) I prefer the vintage type more than the modern types workout the music is also well matched a bit repetitive but is ok
