Doing this workout for a week now. Can definitely say I feel much lighter and more flexible. I was sick for 2 months because of which I gained a few kgs. I was looking for a low-impact workout and this one seemed very refreshing. After a week you'd be able to do this without any breaks but it will still make u sweat a lot which is the best part.

This is replacing my 5 mile walk, and I've burned over 650 calories. Amazing. Will be doing this in the winter.
