I’ve been following your workouts for a couple of months now. I used to dance all the time ( before kids, before yoga, before weight gain, etc) and the barre workouts are achievable and make me feel like I’m in class again. I’m 60, my knees are unhappy, my hip has been a real bear lately, but your high quality workouts and production values give me confidence. They keep me moving and make me stronger. Sometimes I feel like a dancer again. I was never good, but I loved it so. I appreciate the work you are doing. Thank you.

Thank you so very much for these. After suffering from pinched nerves in the neck to lower back pain along with weight gain, I decided that I needed to stretch more. I began with the chair yoga and now I have all the routines on my feed and I do a different one every day. I like that they are short and easily fit into my schedule. Standing and seated are so much better for older people. Thank you again!

I truly appreciate the beautiful music in your calm instructions. I feel so graceful and elegant, which is not my norm. Those butterfly moves were quite challenging, but I really enjoyed doing them once they were done.

One of the most enjoyable exercises you do is ballet exercises, and I am one of the people who wishes to master ballet, but I have a herniated disc in my back, so I can only do certain exercises. But when I started with you, I began to improve and became fit and have a strong body. I thank you from my heart, knowing that my age 33 years old, but you are a really great trainer. I'm really enjoying these 30 minutes videos. In early spring I increased my weights, however I was so exhausted with the heavier weights, I was useless the next day. LOL I have gone back to lighter weights and I feel better. I find I now have energy for the rest of my day. Thank you again Lauren for keeping us active and healthy.

I took ballet as an adult for 7 years starting at age 27. After 40 years, I want to get back to doing barre exercises. My issue is bad knees; so plies and lunges are difficult. I'm taking MSM for my knees and will revisit your program as my knees improve.
