Lauren - you are so elegant in this workout and lovely to watch. At 17.08 minutes you said to all of us ”I hope you feel graceful”, which was very encouraging though in my case that was possible in my head but not in my body!
I love it Martin! You only need to feel it in your head. That's all that matters. Once it's in your head (and sits there awhile) it will eventually come out through the body with more practice :)

Am legit sitting with a smile on my face right now. I just finished this workout and omg I really have gotten stronger. I had slightly injured my wrist due to executing some pilates moves wrongly so i was on a slight 7 day hiatus from all physical activity.. So today I decided to get back to working out and omg I really have built strength. Am a really big girl like above 130kgs and I was able to do all the moves without excess break (ofcrz let's have a silent prayer for glute muscles) 😂😂 I never imagined my body would react so quickly with my current weight. Am really sooo glad with my results (been trying your videos cardio, kickboxing, latins and bars, since a month now) Thank you so much for creating such free content for us ❤❤❤

I get a very effective and efficient workout following your routine without my joints aching and my lower back hurting. I’ve only been doing this for about two months and can see vast improvements. Really enjoyed it, and I am aiming to do one of your versatile workouts a day even if it is only a 10 min one. Yesterday Pilates, today Barre, maybe some kickboxing tomorrow ;)
Well wasn't that just the cutest way to end your workout with the curtsy. LOL I really like the elegance of the moves before that where we crossed and bent over to touch our toes and then went to the other ... Grace you were... me graceful???....well...thats what dreams are for. LOL !!!
Nice, but am I seeing the knees going too far over the toes in plie? That's not good form, nor is it good for people with knee problems or replacements.
It all depends on an individuals flexibility. It's more important to not allow the knee to go to the sides of the foot. You always want to keep it in line. Many people get that confused.
