It was great for a Sunday walkout. My shoulders need work. I had a stroke 2.5 years ago and then I wasn’t allowed work out above my waist! This was perfect now that I can do my shoulder again. You are the best. Thank you.🎉
Wow! I felt more tightening than with weights. Also, the element of the towel gives the workout a refreshing change from the traditional weights. Loved, loved , loved the workout. It was refreshing , effective in a short period of time. Bring home some more!!! Thanks!

Im partial to your Barre workout so I dismissed this one at first. But then I thought I'd try it. I have some resistance bands from when I was in physical therapy and the lightest one came in handy here. Soooo gooood. And once again, stimulating my brain. Thank you!

Wow...that was the hardest workout I have done with you! I am visiting my daughter and she has no weights at her home so when I saw the towel workout I thought, why not...can't be that difficult...I was mistaken! but it was really good! I will do this workout while I am here. I am sure I'll get stronger as I do it more!
Good for you Anne, that means you are doing it right! If it feels like too much, then just don't pull as hard on the towel. like I say in the video, the more you put into it, the more you will get out, so It's a matter of finding the right resistance for you :)

A wonderful workout - I actually found it harder (in a good way) than using weights as it really targeted those hard to reach muscles! So useful too as off to the US in a few weeks and it'll be a great workout after the long flight - and whilst away. Finally - love your outfit - great colours. Really cheery on a very dull day here in the UK.
