Guys it doesn't matter if you do this excersise 5 times a day for a month, if you don't change your diet, excersise doesn't work to lose weight. (It's still good for strength and heart and your body in general tho)
I swear this works I promise I lost about 2-3 cm in my thighs in 10,12 days and ofcourse u have to watch your diet
if i do keto with this will it work?
@@oliviamarks5963 sure, but be careful to do keto correctly, lower sodium intake and you could do intermittent fasting with it for better results🤗

@@ady_kotidou keto isn’t completely removing carbs, it is just lowering your carb intake. you can replace carbs with other nutrients as well.

She is blessed with great leg genetics. I could do these exercises every day and never have legs like her.
I think it is really possible to improve the look of the legs. I do similar exercises and it is a good result. You need some months to see the first result

Girls try adding weight on your legs while doing these exercises. Great results within two seeks. Not a lot of weight . 1.5 milk on each ankle is enough!!!tremendous difference!!

Never in a million years has one workout slimmed any leg. Never. If you want to want to lose fat (spot-reducing is a myth), you need to lose fat overall. Which means: Eat in a CALORIE DEFICIT. Lots of good proteins. Build up muscles with weighted workouts. Do a little bit of Cardio also. Get your f...ing ass up! It takes time, discipline and a shitload of patience. 10 minutes of leg workout will bring you nowhere - but if that’s the starting point for you, go for it!!!

@@derfranz5770 I’m a girl and I do them everyday with more then 1 workout. I didn’t do a diet I just make sure I don’t eat junk food a lot. I don’t know how much fat I lost but I’ve been doing 10 minute workouts for about 3 weeks and there is a big difference

The only natural way to do that is to lose overall weight from your body by cardio exercises or building muscle in the chest to burn fat and create muscle instead.

nothing will work if you’re not eating the right amount of calories. it’s 80% diet 20% workout. if you would like to know how to calculate your calories for your body type let me know (not trying to be rude just trying to help however i can :))

@@mariamj6211 okok sorry for the late reply. search up TDEE calculator... and put in your information. you’ll see something that says “maintenance calories” that’s the amount of calories you need to eat if you don’t want anything to change. if you want to lose weight subtract about 20% from that and that’s your perfect calorie deficit that i promise you will work if you’re patient! it’s best to do it in a healthy way like that because if you don’t your results won’t stay.
@@mariamj6211 also with that much food it’s not bulking your legs i promise. you need to be eating more than your maintenance calories (or like hella protein) to gain muscle
