    This is an Upper Body Workout that will definitely helps you to gain a strong upper body musculature.
    The exercises focus especially on the arm area to:
    - tone your biceps
    - tone your triceps
    - build & strengthen your arm muscles
    - become stronger in your upper body
    I really enjoyed this workout, not only because of the amazing and calming view and sunset but also because it focuses not only on your arms but also on stability and the whole upper body.

    in the arm lift, she's just siting there like some graceful swan or something and I'm over here squatting like a goblin. 😭🤣
    at the end i was like, "Perfectooo? what kinda made-up move is that?"
    love this workout sooo much! i have a pretty strong if not not particularly ripped or sculpted core, and my legs are just big hunks of muscle, but still shrouded in a layer of flab. my arms though... my greatest weakness. they used to be really strong, but i was little so they weren't very buff or defined. now, i am on a journey to have the most ripped, buff, glorious arms i can! and this video, i am certain will help me get there. THANK YOUUUUU Mary for this workout!🥰😘❣❤💝💖💓❤

    Hey Mary keeping your elbows at a 45 degree angle will help your push-ups, it'll take pressure off your rotator cuff too :)
    Think about drawing them back a little bit more as you go down for your push-ups

    Hey Mary! That's a fantastic workout, I liked it a lot! You look fabulous and the exercises are great, too. So you should really record more of them! I also love that you included a lot of push-ups because many girls tend to avoid them. Just out of curiosity, is there a special reason why you're doing the push-ups on your knees? Or are you just not yet strong enough for the "full" ones? Anyway, keep up the great work!
