10 MIN. TONED LEGS & BUM WORKOUT - round booty and slim legs | optional: ankle weights

  • This is a 10 minute booty & leg workout to build your booty and tone your legs. You can use ankle weights for better results and to make your booty round and your legs slim and toned.
    I included my favorite exercises that make my booty plump and perky afterwards:
    • kick backs
    • donkey kicks
    • straight leg kicks
    • glute bridges
    I use 2kg per each ankle weight, you can also do it with more or less or without if you don’t have them.
    Combine this workout with my other booty workouts for better results and you can do this workout from home.

    Hi, thanxxx very much for your workouts and your beautiful soul. Can I ask if with this I'll grow my thighs? I'm struggling because I'd prefer lean legs after my training. Thanks you a lot for your attention

      It will grow your thighs and butts if you eat a lot of protein and do progressive overload. But if not then i doubt it will do anything . You'll only get lean legs if you do calorie deficit and lose overall body fat.

    ace that I can train every day 3 hours for example 2 hours or 1 hour and 30 min for the buttocks and 1 hour for the belly abs?

      That is too much time, training 3 HS every day will stress out your body so much. Aim to 45 min/ 1 HS 4 or 5 times a week and the rest focusing on active recovery and stretching
