You guys should check the reviews for the Cooler master - given that 1440p will be the price sweet spot for most people, the fact that it has suffered from massive QA issues might prompt a replacement!
OLED user here: One must understand that OLED is not perfect. To name a few. 1. If you play any hard locked 60fps games you will have a bad experience with OLED at higher refresh rates (120+ FPS) due to double image - image in front and behind initial moving object. Any games you play on an OLED MUST be played at the max refresh rate capable of an OLED. 2. VRR you get pixel overdrive that result in flicker when capping max refresh rate of monitor that can be controlled by capping 5fps below max refresh rate. 3. Screen flicker with erratic frame drops more noticeable with static menus and dark loading screens. If you are sensitive to flicker you may have a bad experience. 4. Pixel shift is automatic that you need to get used to if you do any editing. 5. Screen dimming with static image is auto after a couple minutes and its a protection feature. 6. Screen retention may sometimes be mistaken for screen burn. Screen retention is temporary and the monitor does auto pixel refresh at shutdown after certain hours usage. 7. Screen burn may be more prone to a higher set backlight brightness. More brightness = more heat. High end panels incorporate heat spreaders to dissipate heat generated by OLED thus lowering affects of screen burn. There is a couple more things but I feel the above should suffice. Having said that a 4k 120Hz OLED is sublime and paired with a RTX4080 you will have a great experience. First thing you will notice is very low ghosting and great color accuracy :)

I was wondering wheter i should buy a 32 inch or 27 inch monitor 4k.
How much should i spent money on a gaming pc based on my earnings ?
Should i buy editions costing 3500 dollars which are very aestetic etc...
Btw im a normie not a professional person who can easily see quality downgrade and all since i am used to playing at 30 fps 720p lol
So idk wheter I can differentiate a lot
What is your budget for the 4k monitor ? Do you want an oled monitor ? What is your budget for the gaming pc? Is it 3,500 or more? I can help.
awesome video marcus!!! I personally have a samsung odyssey neo g8 at a steal of a price so it's amazing. This video is super helpful/informative for anyone who's brand new to this kind of stuff as well
We need more 24-25 inch 1440p-4k 144-360hz monitors.
Thank you for the video.
For 1080p monitors, Sceptre is a great choice. 165 FPS, 1 millisecond response rate, and AMD FreeSynch.
Hey, love your vids! Can you test the LG 24GQ50F-B?
i can’t speak much on 4k or oleds. However, i recently switched to a 1440p 240hz monitor from 1080p 360hz and it was soooo worth it! Highly recommend 1440p gaming !!
lol I've been on 1440p for 12 years now
Since I got an lg oled tv, I can't go back to IPS monitors for gaming. OLED is just too good!
Play on Xbox Series X, What monitor do you recommend? Would like a 4k, but not sure if 1080p looks good or not good.
Thanks for this informative video.
Great video like always but i can't wait for qd oled 4k 32" of Alienware
Love all these options!
I'm looking for a 27" 4K 240Hz OLED gaming monitor that also supports HDMI 2.1. Is there anything in the market right now or better to wait towards the end of the year for new technology?
You convinced me to get the Alienware ultrawide and so far it’s great but I’m getting nervous because I couldn’t quite afford the warranty and I’m seeing people say this monitor burns in at 3k hours which is insanely low lifespan for a $1k monitor I’m not trying to blame you or anything but I hope you didn’t gaslight me into getting a bad monitor
All I want is a 27" 4K OLED 144Hz gaming monitor with HDMI 2.1 and USB-C charging (and preferably a built-in KVM)
I've been researching 1440p monitors for hours and after coming to the conclusion that the GP27Q is the best 1440p monitor, I find a video that supports my opinion. it's unfortunate that I can't find it where I'm from and importing it would almost double the price. what is the best second option in your opinion? I'm looking for a QHD monitor with good HDR and 2.1 HDMI
120/240hz 4k 27inch oled is the dream monitor
Do you think you could test the LG 32" Ultra-Gear QHD (2560 x 1440) 165 hz Gaming Monitor? I bought this and I want to know your thoughts on how it runs in performance for fps games and video quality for things like watching movies or shows
Love ur content man
That subtle edit, where you burned in a windows task bar 👌🏻
Im considering buying the new ASUS Tuf Gaming VG249QM1A. The main games i play is Fortnite and Rocket league but mostly Fortnite. The monitor that i consider getting is a 24" (23,8) Moniter and i think its the perfect size for competitive gaming. The monitor can also get all the way up to 270Hz and has 1920x1080 resolution. I also have a 32 inch moniter as of now but im tired of playing fortnite on it since it feels way too big. But the best thing of all is that i can use my 270Hz 24" monitor for Fortnite and Rocket League and then ill use my 32" moniter for other games such as Sea of Thieves, Raft, etc. Should i buy the moniter or not? (its on discount right now -17%) it costs $262 in my country as of now and it normally costs $319
Excellent choices gentlemen
Thank you for your guide 😊😊😊
Most welcome!
@@PcCentricany opinion on 27 vs 32 inch 4k monitor since u tried out
I'm a person who had a laptop on which I played gta at 30 fps valorant at 60 etc.. so for me idk wheter I can even notice this huge high class stuffs like 1440p vs 4k or 144 vs 240hz I'm never used to any pricey things so what is ur opinion will those matter to normies like me
Since i went ultrawide... i cannot go back to a normal screen... it's just too awesome to not getting them !!
I have a Ryzen 5 5600 with a RTX 3060ti and 32GB ram. Should i go for a 24" 1080p or a 27" 1440p?
maybe option a for mainly esports titles or option b if less competitive focused gaming.
You should review the ASUS TUF Gaming 27" 1440P
HDR Monitor (VG27AQ3A). It’s the one I’ve been looking to get. It’s pretty cheap for what you get.
What is a great monitor for ps5 and Xbox series X gaming.
I thought about upgrading my 34" Ultrawide Alienware to the OLED model but I am not in a hurry. Perhaps when the price drops or during a holiday sale.
What do you think of the Samsung Odyssey G70B? I'm thinking of buying but I would like to know if it is a good monitor, especially for an Xbox. Thanks.
What about the glare on OLED vs IPS, my IPS monitor can have a flashlight on it and have almost no glare, my tv in my living room has terrible glare every hour of the day and its OLED
Just picked up the AOC Q24G2A still in the box but it’s great for its price, I paid 179€ so I think it was a really good deal
First thing you will notice is very low ghosting and great color accuracy :)
would the AOC 24G2SPU Budget Gaming Monitor be good for a nintendo switch? looking to get a cheap and cheerful option for my daughter to play on instead of handheld
I feel like terraria on a super ultra wide would be so awesome. Watching the world scroll in through your peripheral vision
4:23, That's my current wallpaper, what a coincidence.
I have the AOC Q24G2A 24" 1440p gsync 165hz IPS panel. I was looking for that size with that res for years, now I'm happy 😁😎🎅
extremely helpful!
Hi.. what warning do you recommend for a ps5? I was undecided between the LG 27gr93u and the 28” Samsung G7..
Thoughts on the KOORUI GN05? Its 1440p 240hz IPS for around 300$ which is suspiciously cheap for Bulgaria.
38" 5K OLED 120Z monitor is the endgame of all monitors.
I've had the AW3423DWF for a few months now, it's amazing lol.
This was such a well put together video. It really helped me buy my next monitor.
Literally just came back from Best Buy with the 42” c3
What are your pc specs?
14900 k - rtx 4090 coming this week right now the tv is running on a 3900x 1080 ti@@MrAnimescrazy
@@TurboPersonalTraining damn that is a huge upgrade.
Any thoughts about the LG UltraGear 27GR93U-B? thinking about buying that one
What do you think of the Alienware 2723DF. I’m trying to decide between a 1440p or 1080p monitor for my new nzxt player 2 prime prebuilt.
What are the specs for the prebuilt? I would get the 1440p monitor.
