Vita gave me a good laugh when she got the scythe stuck in the bench, except that it is a razor-sharp scythe and could be rather dangerous. Vita should go into the business of buying old homes in villages, invite crazy people from USA to come and help her fix them up, charge them for the privilege of working with her and to live in the homes.

You can make soup from young stinging nettle shoots, free food. Older stinging nettles can be "rotted" and turned into yarn just as with flaxen or hemp, it takes some work but again: free material.. 😮😊🇺🇦✌️

I would have imagined that it would be better to have the flat in the city during the winter and the house in the village during the summer... but I guess it's better to have the village house in the winter so you can heat with wood if the gas/electricity runs out in the city? And this house is located almost 300 km away from my previous house.
Pryvit , Vita. You are making a lot of progress. You are doing a pretty good job with your scythe to cut down the weeds as a city girl. Impressive. Would be better to have a shirt with long sleeves and long pants to be protected from itchy grass. Some itchy grass are very bad. Nice to have a lot of apples. Beautiful piece of land on the backyard. Hopefully you have a reliable heating system for the winter in your village bomb shelter.

👍 A lot of work is needed in the wooden house but it already looks better after some cleaning-up. Hope that all goes well and it will be warm enough for the winter. It's cozy so if it's well insulated keeping it warm should be relatively cheap 🏚🏡 Best wishes

Too bad. Miss the planting season for fresh vegetables and fruits. I saw in Ukraine fresh fruits and vegetables sold on the revutsky street kyiv. Just want to buy all the fruits blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, honey/rock mellon, plum and apricots. Great idea - like to utilised old barn besides the house for a small pantry for storing jam, tomato puree, a little barn for chicken 🐔 egg breeding, maybe a cow for fresh milk.
Duh! Eat to hearts content with all the freshly grown vegetables and fruits. How cheap is the food in zytomir region ? I am looking for my lost friend who lives in korosten?
In Zhytomyr and especially in the countryside prices are reasonable compared to Kyiv. But even in Kyiv prices may differ up to 200%. For example, you ma buy a kilo of blueberries in the center for 200 UAH, but you may buy it for 100 UAH somewhere in the outskirts of the city or specialized vegetable market.
That steel sheet you are carrying you need to screw that onto the roof corner of your house which was damaged. There don’t seem to be any men left in your village who are capable of doing weeds mowing or roof repairs.

The house is tiny, 40 square meters. But there’s a huge piece of land. This year I was growing only weeds😁 but I have big plans for the next year 😇🌻

Vita I've been watching channel and want one of your videos you're asking what do I know about Ukrainian women. Well Ukrainian women are very brave and patriotic and care about people around them their families and their friends their neighbors the little lady down the block that's 90 years old. But one of the things you created women are very beautiful women. I myself like a smart woman I don't want stupid I want smart intelligent and adventurous too. By the way one of your videos you're holding your kitty cat in a way that she looked really pissed off, you were squeezing her too tight and she was really getting out of growl at you I used to have a cat named Otto just like that one she was a great cat. Some of the bravest women are Ukrainian just think of your grandmother's in the Great Patriotic War what they did was incredible the night witches 92% of the night witches were Ukrainian women and they fought incredibly hard. Some of those women flew 6 and 8 shorties a night in really slow aircraft. Most of the top snappers in World War II or Ukrainian women lyudmila pavlichenko she was incredible she fought so hard to kill fascist Germans that were de filing her country. In this war against the fascist Russians one thing that I will always remember a grandmother in her late 80s goes up to the Russian troops and hands them sunflower seeds it tells them stick it in your pockets because when you die some flowers will grow I will know that that's where you lay cuz trying to tell them you're going to die here and I want you sunflowers to grow there was a group of old grandmothers together about 30 of them and they were all were making Molotov cocktails, one of them said we're ready to kill fascist Russians bring them on and I just said wow that's some woman that cares about her country and everybody around🌻🌺🥀
