    Vita, I will say your husband was flying a kind of aircraft that was unarmed and there by typical of orcs to shoot down. If he was in a fighter aircraft armed I will bet he would not have been shot down. makes no sense to shoot down the kind of aircraft he was flying. Your dog and cat will take some time to become friends but I am sure they will. And yes what a great family you have and something to be very much proud of. The planting of trees to replace the one cut down is awesome. In my state where I live here in USA it is the same always replacing what was taken out no matter what, including restocking of fish in areas of lakes, rivers and even the ocean is what my state does on a regular bases. trees are also always replanted. Awesome video media from you always, exciting, engaging and always something new and ever inspiring coming from your video media. Thank you for all you do and all you are. best wishes and unconditional love from USA.❤🤍💙 =❤'s =💙💛

      When I bought my apartment (with all old furniture and stuff inside) I was shocked when I saw 100 packets of salt, 100 rolls of toilet paper, 100 boxes of matches etc. Old people who lived (and died) there had survived IIWW and they made stocks even when the Soviet Union and then Ukraine wasn’t at a state of war.
      I've developed the same habit. You don't know what might happen tomorrow.🙄

      @@ThinkUkraine We lived in West Germany 1984-1987 when I was little, they always told us to keep at least 2 weeks supplies in case of a Soviet attack. I guess since I'm older now that stayed with me. A little known thing about Ukraine in 1986 , when Chernobyl exploded. American satellites detected the radiation signature, and thought the Soviets started an attack at first. My father and everyone was scrambling preparing to fight. Tanks and missiles where everywhere in Germany where we lived.

    • @ThinkUkraine
      @ThinkUkraine  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @lightning77athiker45 So interesting!!! I have never thought about other countries and their reactions. Chernobyl is full of secrets. I watched HBO Chernobyl, this movie at least partially tells us the truth. All people in the USSR were fooled and didn’t know about that tragedy. My friends’ parents who lived not far from Chernobyl died because Ukrainians were not informed about radiation. We still make jokes (?) like “Why is it so cheap or huge… because it’s from Chernobyl forest?”

    It's not going to happen tomorrow, but victory for Ukraine will come ✌🏻 When your country eventually gets to be a member of the European Union, that's when the prices and cost of living will skyrocket 😢 You will be free of the Orcs, but subject to EU orders. Had to give you a heads-up, please forgive me for sharing a bitter truth... Hope that you will get to manage the rich resources of UA better than the rest of European countries 🙄

    Soon Richie and Fedya will be playing and sleeping together. Cats take a little while. I notice you use the same cat litter I do. I have learned to reuse it by rinsing it many times until the water comes out clean, then boiling it outside (due to smell and steam) in a slow cooker for a day, then drying it in the sun. It saves me $125 per month for my five cats.

    I think it would help to give food at the same time to both. First to the pack leader and slightly after to the dog. Enough space between them. Few meters apart but later closer when they learn to eat together. It's animal instinct to fight over food.

    Hello Vita, I hereby absolve you of all "tree sins" since you did not cause anything. The City's Department of Public Works are usually responsible for the publicly planted trees in most Western countries and it was their neglect that caused the risky tree situation that you tried to mitigate. Richie is very cute and like most dogs lacks the confidence that a cat has. Richie will learn how to cohabit and Fedya will develop more trust in Richie, once she concludes that he is a friend and harmless, especially since you keep their food and water far away from each other. I do not believe in fate, just rational thinking and taking reasonable steps to determine what will happen and mitigate the risks associated with what might happen. BTW, it is interesting that you can just plant trees on public grounds where you wish! The kind of freedom we usually do not have in the West anymore, but you in Ukraine still have. But not sure if there is enough distance between the trees so they can develop large root systems without fighting with each other. I think this winter may be harder than last, so having various power banks and alternatives provisions for heating, water and enough food for 10-15 days are a must. Prices in US have also risen on most items since last year, most merchants are taking advantage of the confusion around inflation and have raised the prices 30 to 40% on a lot of items and I think merchants in Ukraine are also subject to inflation and your merchants have the war time challenges of transportation, distribution and the higher fuel costs. Stay safe and warm.

    • @pacifist9805
      @pacifist9805 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It's better to plant several trees because some of them won't make it. The ground seems to be very hard and the planting pit should have been bigger and replaced by sandier soil. Depends on what kind of trees they are. With good luck roots grow and they will be fine.

    Thanks Brian

    • @samparkerSAM
      @samparkerSAM 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      In Louisiana USA, they also paint the base of trees with white paint. The Belife is that the paint helps prevent insects or fungus from harming the trees. The practice has continued because it is esthetically pleasing.

    The war between the Arabs and Israel caused Ukraine war go to corner. And this was Russia's plan. Unfortunately, the American president is not working properly even at the age of 80. The Europeans are not as worried about Ukraine as before. I hope that Ukraine will be in the center of attention again.
