Thoughts on this style of video? Daily vlogging style with a topic OR a video on a SPECIFIC topic only?
I’ve always liked a vlog, as well as the long from content 👌
@@CJR_989 ok good to know, thanks for the feedback dude!
Great overview and time explaining chap. Thank you for the mention 👋
Must get the 911 there soon 🔜
Keep up the Stella work
Thank you dude 'Hello Dale" 😂
Yes will be keen to see how a setup works on the 992
My GT4 was up last week with Matt and his team for the same fast road setup!! Amazing difference! and just been to Wales for a morning blast today, with mates, all i can say is amazing difference! Hope you enjoys yours too.
Ah Wales, great shout and a great way to test the new setup!
Great to hear you're enjoying in Andy, i'm loving it too! 👊🏼
Great to see the amount of adjustment you can do to a GT4 to get it just right for your used. Useful video for sure and thank you for sharing 👍
Nice! I’m getting the GT4’s geo and oaps done next week at RPM. Can’t wait 👍 useful vid as I didn’t realise fast road lowers car - will ask not to have that as I already kiss the tarmac on my drive
Ah OAP’s… you’re going to be in love!! 😍
I think lowering is preferred, but yes, you can have the suspension setup but keep the ride height
Welcome to the New Year in April is absolutely nuts😂 Additionally, Long form content is so much better 👏🏽 Glad you was happy with the Geo, you owe me a drink😂
😂😂 and it’s nearly May…
Glad you’re enjoy them mate, just sadly short form is what’s working right now.
Full fat coke incoming 😂
Good to hear the Geo does make such a difference to the GT4. Tip to everyone… Watch the whole vid to see a certain other TH-camr 👍
Haha giving the secret away Chris 👀
Look forward to seeing what she looks like with the new suspension. Good video as always my friend.
Thank you dude!! 👊🏼
Good to hear you talking about tracking it! Would love to see you at an evening session at Brands Hatch! Come take on our newest track weapon... 👀🤣
haha 2 track days already boy! But yeah will definitely have to test out this new setup soon.
👀👀👀
What were you doing in Eccleshall, I recognise the Co-op car park 😂
Need a Ribena sponsorship too I think 😅
Great vid as always…. But how do you drive without a seatbelt???
😂I am, you my grey jumper just blending my silver belt
How's the car handle now you've had it a while
Hope you read this and message back... just looking at getting my first proper sports car and the GT4 is currently top of my list. I've found one but till deposit is paid they are reluctant to let me have a proper drive test drive in it rather then a couple of miles up and down the road. My biggest concern is in York we have speed bumps everywhere the front splitter is replaceable I know but I don't want to be replacing it everyday if it smashes on every speed bump I go over. So how have you found speed bumps and what do you do to mitigate smashing the splitter on them? Bearing in mind my last real sports car was a Mitsubishi Evo 9 FQ400 which to be fair was ok over them I've never really driven anything properly low.
If you think it’s a daily, it’s not a daily. You CAN daily it and it will be fine (aka comfort levels and noise)
But it doesn’t have nose lift like the gt3, so you will scrape it quite a lot.
You’ve answered your own question tho, it’s cheap to replace - so it’s whether you’re bothered about replacing it often or just not caring and have a scuffed splitter all the time
@@MrHCars thanks for the reply... it won't be a daily essentially I'm fortunate enough to be looking at having this as a weekend / trip away toy. It may head to a track very occasionally maybe up-to twice a year but nice summer weekend blasts will be its main use. Think I'm looking at storage options just on the outskirts of York. I counted the speed bumps from the bypass to my house circa 2 miles and there is 19 speed bumps, some full width some central. I can cope with a scuffed splitter and then look at getting it replaced like once a year unless it gets really damaged. Any regrets getting yours? PS your videos kind of made my mind up to get one, M2 was another option but currently there are several driving around where im yet to see a GT4 in York
I wouldn’t worry about it so much, just enjoy it and replace it if you need.
But yeah, it is lower than most cars.
Loved every second of mine, so as advice on that front - do it!! And enjoy!
could you tell me the location and name of that green building ?
Oh found it !!! Kell Green Farm !'??
Hello, since you’ve driven both, would you take a 718 CGTS 2.5/718 CS or the G87 M2? Is the M2 THAT much faster in a straight line?
Depends what you're looking for.
The 718's feel much faster being lower to the ground & lighter vs the M2. The 2 seater sports car element too which add a lot of drama with the engine in the cabin behind your seat.
But the M2 makes for a better daily.
They both feel roughly the same speed to me in a straight line, but youll be able to chuck a 718 into a corner at much higher speeds
I had my GT4 set up by Suspension secrets, hard to believe the difference it makes.
Yeah and also lovely guys too! Customer service was brill
Value of porsche has dropped lately. Has your car been affected?
All cars have been affected really, look at the gt4rs. I did my video a year ago & they were 250k on the market back then, they’re now 150k.
Cars aren’t investments and made to be enjoyed - depreciation is just part of the ownership etc
@@MrHCars really 100k? I like gt4 rs
Can't stand jww
Hm fair enough.
Will have to disagree there. Gave us his time of day, despite being with his family.
Genuine friendly guy & stunning taste in his cars 😍
@@MrHCars he talks like Lewis Hamilton in like a fake hybrid accent. I just find it cringe LOL
@@DaleSteelagree unfortunately. His likability factor is a bit low sadly comes across as a bit smarmy and aloof. Only got worse when the story about getting stuff for free came out 😬
@meady200 yes my sentiments exactly. I don't see the appeal of him. All I can imagine is when be started there wasn't much competition. He wouldn't make it if started out now
Sorry man, I was watching your video until you started with the monster stuff. Sorry but I find it difficult to have respect for anyone that puts that utter toxic shite into their bodies. 🤦♂️.
