    Thank you po maam sa video nyo na toh. Dahil dito wala pang 1month dami na nakapansin na laki ng pinayat ko😍 inaraw araw ko kase tapos dalawang beses ko pa inuulit. Pero now nag rerest na ako haha baka 5x a week ko na lang din sya gawen. Balak ko na din bumili tulad ng jumping rope nyo po pag my budget na. Effective naman saken yung tig 50pesos pero gusto ko mag improved sa jumping rope..Salamat po

    Thank you mamshie for inspiring us..42 na po ako at nasa 68kg din po parang bigat na bigat ako sa sarili ko ..sabi ko gusto na magbawas ng timbang pano ko kaya umpisahan..

    first day ko pa lang inabot lang ako ng 5 minutes 😭 pero tagaktak na agad ung pawis ko. since first day ko pa lang will make it only a short period kasi mahirap mabigla. Will make it complete ung routine pag naka adjust na ung katawan ko..

    Aq po pang 4days q today mag jump rope..1st day q and hangang ngayon sobrang sakit ng katawan q grave pero tuloy tuloy parin ang pag jump q ...1300 jumps 1 and 2 days....pang 3days po 1050 jumps lang kc sobrang sakit talaga ng katawan q ..and today dq alam qng mkaka ilang jump aq kc ang sakit parin talaga ng legs at binte q😊

      Hello dear! Wag muna kaya ang rest ko after jumprope yun itaas ko sa wall ang legs ko naka- lay down ako sa floor 5mins kasi pagod ang buong ugat ng joints ng legs natin. After nyan pwd na maligo tapos yun pahiran mo na mga oil liniment yun legs, knees at talampakan mo ♥️😊

    Pano po ang timer nyo. Ilang minutes jump then ilang minutes rest? Gano katagal nyo po ginagawa yung work out? Ako kase nagcocount nakaka stress magbilang hahaha. Thank you

    jump rope lang po ba ginagawa niyo at wala na ibang workout? ilang beses niyo rin po ginagawa sa isang araw o linggo?

    pwede malaman ilang tsp. ng apple cider sa glass of water? nag zu zumba ako for 3mos pero 9kls lang ibinaba ng timbang ko haha from 178kgs to 158 plus strict diet pa yan, try ko naman yang jumping rope. Thanks!

    payo ko momsh dont use any metal while drinking apple cider vinegar kasi nawawala yung effectivity (wether its spoon, baso or straw basta metal wag po) thank u momsh na sexy
