    I started doing this for a month and already lose 4 kgs. I reduced my sugar intake. Its so hard coz I love sweets, like my life depends on it. 😄😄😄 Still eating a cup of rice in a day. Added veges in my diet 'coz I only eat fruits most of the time.
    Still 3 kg heavier from my bmi, but would love to make myself a little more lighter after reaching that goal.
    I dont plan to stop yet coz Id like to make this a part of my life. So help me Lord!
    🙏😄
    Thank u so much for this vid and God bless u always.

    Thank you for this video, I’ve been inactive for more than a year now and finally got the courage to start working out, I have a toddler and since this video is simple and takes only 10 mins (I do 2 sets), I can make time for it in the morning or during nap time. I’ve been doing it for 5 days now and I saw results when I tried to do swim laps, I was definitely faster and was not breathing hard. Again, appreciate this kind of video unlike others that looks impossible for beginners like me 😊

    i had a decease that affected my heart last year. even tho i stayed active and learned to feel my body very well, i also became scared of cardio workouts.
    now i feel better but i still have anxiety when it comes to these types of workouts. i tried to follow this video last week, and even tho its very simple and fast, i was only able to do half of it. this time i took long breaks to normalise my pulse but i was able to finish it and i feel great! i dont feel too tired, my pulse is stable and im not anxious today at all.
    its so easy to follow and simple it makes me feel good for being able to follow it. i hope soon i’ll be able to do it properly.
    i miss being able to do fun things like dancing, running or riding a bike really fast without immediate anxiety and discomfort. maybe if i keep working out i’ll be able to do all of these in summer! good luck me and everyone who starts working out with this video!!

    • @SunnyHealthFitness

      Nice work! You could've simply been dehydrated and felt a little uneasy after. If you haven't exercised much before your body has to adjust to the energy exertion you're putting it through. Some water before hand and then a small snack afterwards like a piece of toast or an apple would help you recover much better and feel less nauseas.

    I am only 5 ft 4 inches, how did you choose jumping rope? There are so many choices. Thanks

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      How to check your jump rope size:
      - Step on the rope with one foot, bring your feet together, and pull the rope tight
      - Bring the handles together and point the top towards your chest.
      - Only check where the cable ends - do not include the handles with rope size.
      - If you follow our length guidelines, the cable will stop at your sternum or lower pecs.
      - The rope should not go higher than this point.
      - Any longer than this will have too much rope over head, and will slap the ground excessively.

    Unfortunately i dont have a watch to measure the calories 😕 .. can you please tell us how much is the average burned calories in this workout?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Since everyone's metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real-time calorie tracking, you could use an activity tracker like our Smart Fit Watch.

    May I know how many calories does this roughly burn?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It can be very different for every person. I couldn't give you a rough estimate and anchor it to any number to be honest. You'd have to use a fitbit/apple watch or any device with a BPM monitor to get an accurate number for your own body.

    Hello Mam I want to ask something for the belly fat for Mommy... Is only skipping is enough for the belly fat?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Adequate exercise should be about 15-20 min a day minimum. This with some body workouts would be great for fat loss! We have a free app to download on the app store called the SunnyFit App which has all the workouts we make to use at your convenience!
