      @@subhadrasingh3079 no dieting as such. I tried to eat less carbs and drink more water, thats it. I used to have junk food every weekend otherwise

    When I was in 8th class my weight was 50 . I was so fat. I neither cared about my eating habits not about exercise . I knew skipping well but I never did it regularly. Later we had a skipping regional meet and I was selected. So I used to practice hard and I continued it even after the competition. After 1 year I still found that my weight was 50 even though my height increased. So I found out that skipping helped me to achieve it . Later I started eating healthy, avoiding junk foods and doing skipping regularly . Now I am in 11class and my weight is 48 . So guys skipping really helps . You can do it . Keep a song playing on your mobile and do it . You cannot jump perfectly at first but practice makes it perfect . Try to avoid over eating . Eat only what you need . Do skipping regularly it has many other benefits too .

    Yeaah skipping really does help in weight loss all over your body, not just belly fat.
    I have been doing it for a week now ( 500 morning and 500 at evening). I feel a lot lighter now.

    I am doing 1500 skips ....it's my 4 th day and I lost 0.5 inches from my waist ....I was doing previously too ... started with 500 then 1000 and now 1500 ....I saw results with skipping in a week ...my shoulders fat was almost gone and thighs were 28 and now 25 ❤️ ....am loving this

    Your technique is helping me. In one time I just used to do maximum 50 times of skipping. Bt now I am able to do 100 times and faster than that. Thanks a lot. Actually it's my start of doing skipping. I think very soon I will be able to make 200 at a time

    Leave my mark here for my reference:
    15/11/2020 (1st day)
    - did warm up 10 minutes
    - skipping 1 minute with 1 minute rest, did 3 set of skipiing
    - my whole body felt burn yesterday
    2nd day 16/11/2020
    - i did same routine as first day but with shorter time of warm up
    - still feel pain when i did the last set
    3rd day 17/11/2020
    - i felt cramp in my thigh and calf
    - felt theres one ball of pain in my calf
    - did streching, 2 minutes warm up, did 5 set of jump rope (20secs with 10secs rest), did 10 minutes of light workout based on Body Project video
    - still feel cramps in my leg area but body feels fresh and lighter after all the exercise i've been doing past few days.

      @Akshita Chowki heyy....I hvnt consulted any nutritionist abt diet plan n I hv pcos so needed to control it n all I did was that I ate anything n everything wich is easily available takes less time to cook n keeps u full....like poha, daliya, fruits, bottle gaurd,boiled rajma and cheela..all the stuff u must be knowing that helps in weight loss...I completed cut off chapati and rice but now when I achieved my goal weight I am eating home made meals...that's all... control on diet is must because it's 80% diet and 20% exercise

    I played skipping game in my childhood days , the game - the Skipp wire has two ends , one end is controlled by one man , and another end is controlled by one man , the player stand on center , the two controllers surrounding the wire , while I need jumb in the centre of rolling wire !!!!
    The game contain a song , is "red blue green yellow pink"

    Saw this vid few days ago and ordered a skipping rope just started today i will be back here after a month or two for results
    Ps. It is very effective after 30mins. Of skipping lost 217 kcal hope to see results in time

      @@divyasiri2297 it is very effective if you're consistent I lost about 5kg after like 2 in a half months of skipping. However, I couldn't find time to skip since I had loads of school works and gain back the weight after Christmas and new year but yeah a month ago I'm back at it again and definitely learned from my mistakes. Wish me luck!! this time there's no going back

    I started skipping 1000 times in two shifts but after second day back muscles of my lower foot start aching and pain increased and after 4 days it is decreasing is it okay to proceed my skipping?

    We can also lose our weight by just jumping in steps.. 😊😊on the first day I feel light. With in a week my belly turns into flat 😄😄

    Weird question to ask, hope you have any feedback on this- whilst skipping or jumping jacks type of exercises I end up wetting myself a bit, even though I have visited the bathroom before.
