Cada uma é melhor de acordo com o uso. Para o trabalho pesado, a Hillux é absolutamente superior. Para viagens, uso na cidade e eventualmente levar alguma carga, a Amarok sai na frente por ter mais segurança e estabilidade.
Para trilha, andar em lugar ruim diariamente, a melhor ainda é a L200, mas a suspensão é complexa e pode trazer dor de cabeça. Então, como disse, a necessidade de uso que determinará qual é a melhor.

Son dos cosas distintas....Amarok es un auto en formato camioneta, confort de marcha, espacio, aunque calidad de materiales mejorables. Hilux es una camioneta desde su raíz y concepción, está hecha para funcionar como tal, es más dura, es para el campo, y de mejor calidad en cuanto al interior y sus materiales. Pero al final del día, cada quien opina según gustos personales y ahí no hay mejores ni peores. Saludos!

La amarok con un 2.0 igualo en potencia y torque a las 3.0.... y los toyoteros resentidos decian q no tenia la durabilidad de una toyota. Ahora la amarok con un v6 de touareg no c a donde se van a meter!
nunca as llevado una amaron al potrero y carabelas de ganado su motor no da y su diferencial se traba por tanto pero y la toyota no le pasa eso.
capo conozco alguien que tiene una amarok y le hizo 300 mil km y la mitad de potrero..... y te cuento mas, volvio a comprar la amarok nueva! saludos!

hermosa la amarok el manejo dinamico y corre como el viento me encanta pero tengo una hilux que no tiene nada de eso de lo que dije al principio pero en durabilidad resistencia lo tiene y yo necesito algo que resista en todos los terrenos y cargas o de lo contrio si quiero algo para correr me compro un auto y fue.

toyota toda la vida.. es una camioneta muy segura anda Rápido encerio, es perfecta para el campo, es linda, mucha cmodidad,excelente motor , gran resistencia. es una camioneta muy capaz se la puede meter al campo , mi pp tenia el modelo viejo y en el barro era fantástica y sin ruedas pantaneras ..
y amarok si es una camioneta linda pero en mi opinion no le llega a la Toyota Hilux

Toyota have behind the woodpile for a lot of yrs now, and getting more so with the latest models. Amarok would be a better unit if it had an engine under the bonnet rather than a tonka toy.
D-Max. Triton.Mazda and Ford would be the most practical. PROVEN ones to buy.

There's no comparison t'ween Toyota and Nissan with the big ones.
Nissan all the way when you pull that V8 out of Tojo, Though on comparison the new Petrol in the Nissan leaves little to be desired fuel wise, and better at most other things too.
It's takes time to become 'PROVEN', and the Amarok's doing that very well. The highest mileage Amarok coming into our local dealership now for servicing has 430 000Km on the Odometer, with no major issues to report (farmers vehicle). Minimum design lifespan for the Amarok (in commercial use, so on mines, farms, etc.) is 300 000Km (this is the average expected lifespan of a 1 ton pick-up truck). Service it properly, and you'll get a lot more mileage out of it.
And for those still sceptical of the 2.0 litre unit, the new 3.0 Litre V6 TDI (an engine originaly used in the Audi Q7, but detuned for use in the Amarok, for extra longevity and durability in commercial use) should be music to their ears.
