I am not a Pro bodybuilder..just started, but amazingly what you teach here I have been doing exactly that with regards to warming up. I never perform pull ups or pushups as part of warming up. Almost every exercise includes variations and in order to perform any exercise ( Exercises for chest, Back, Shoulder etc. ) bicep place a major role in any exercise and then we also do a separate bicep day every week. Are we over training our bicep ??
Hi Jeet, if daily push-ups are not recommended then how often should I do it. I am totally depend on bodyweight exercise as I have been playing football since 2014 and not a gym freak for real. Bro you Should do Pushups daily, 3-6 Sets of 12- 15 Reps. Because your playing a sport not Building Muscles (Bodybuilding) So, Mostly your Lower body is on the work, and to balance it you can do Pushups for your upper body's Training. It's Problematic for Only those who are trying to build muscle.

For last 6 months IAm doing full body(including push-up ans pull ups) 2 days and rest 1 day (2day on 1 day off ... Repeat, repeat, repeat)... Never felt this stronger and in shape ever... And first thing I do is pull ups , as warmup I use 5 min jumping ropes
