    Sir agar aap aise hi har basic exercise ka bata dete to bhot accha hota... Chhote chhote details ko bhi miss krne se baad me injury badh jati hai... To please squats, crunches or baki sare basic exercises ka bhi video bana dein jo usually sab ghar pe karte hain...

      Breathing is directly propotional to core tightness when you do set of exercise which required core muscles engagement inhale and vice verse.
