🙏 Jeet Bhai. Mai 2 year se apki vedio dek raha hu. Muze 12 year pahile shoulder blade ki injury Hui thi. Trainer apke jaise nahi the. Yaha Goan me koi trainer nahi hai. Mai firse gym karna chahta hu. Pl sirf itna bataiye ki shoulders blade retraction kis kis exercise me karna jaruri Hai.
Bilkul Bhai mere se sirf 5 se 6 pull ups hi lg pate hai lekin mujhe koi pharak nhi parta aur Mai bhi bilkul slow pull ups hi krta hu thanks for telling right information

On back days with similar form, 3-4 sets
