    High Reps = Sacroplasmic Hypertrophy (Bodybuilders)
    Low Reps = Myofibrilar Hypertrophy (Weight/Power Lifters)

    Moral: High weight low reps or Light weight high reps doesn't really matter. Just increase the intensity of the workout and decrease the resting phase.

    But important is that intensity should be there in proper way

    High reps ka means ye nhi ki aap 50reps kre must and high reps ka matlab hai 15 to 25above reps are high repetitions means 12 se upar is high repetitions and 20bhi kar sakte aap aur aap 12 se neeche hai means 4 to 6rep 6to8 8to10ye Less rep high intensity ❤❤❤❤

    Hi jeet, its been 15years i am working out as passionately n i met several big name people of this gym industry but truely the way you explain and go in depth is remarkable. These days i am following your HST - 10 PLAN. So have just 1 quick question, after doing my workout i still feel energized even i do strech my muscles till fatigue as you described so the question is do i need to add some more exercises or the plan shared by you is enough for muscle gaining.     Hello I m 16 year old I m doing gym workout exercises at home and I m tall and skinny guy now my body is growing without protein my main protien sourse is soya chunks once in weak and now I had ordered a dumbel set online my question is what should I a 16 year old skinny guy should have to do to body building at home with dumbels curl rod and dead lift how can I make each and every part of body without gym.

      Please ensure you do the following to avoid elbow pain, use vitamin d3,ensure ur form is correct and you can also use boswellia extract it quickly helps with the elbow pain, search on Amazon! I also had elbow pain and following these steps helped me a lot

      You are overtraining your biceps and triceps with poor form.. This is the reason why a person who is in the gym for 3 years get elbow pain... Your arms won't grow if you are training them for 3-4 days

      It hits the muscle called as brachialis which is underneath the biceps, building it up is believed to literally push up the biceps making the entire upper arm look more muscular and a well-developed brachialis can also be seen on the outside of the upper arm. Reverse barbell curls also help to strengthen your wrists.

    For muscle growth progressive overload is a very important thing. If you don't lift heavy you won't get results period. Lift heavy in compound results and you will surely get results.
    I have never performed more than 10 reps in any exercise except lateral dumbell raise and i have got pretty good results for a natural guy.

    Weight loss:
    I want to do chest exercise say. Should I alternate between high and low rep? That is
    1st Set Low rep 6-12 ,moderate to heavy weight
    2nd Set High rep12-20, small weight
    and so on. And this applies to legs, and back exercises also.
    Plz clear the confusion

    Sir soo much respect for u .. i wanna ask that i have been working out for 1 year but my size has stopped i don't know why but i think its because of hight weight i lift my weight is just 60 kg and i am 21 i want to increase my weight fast should i train with hight rep with low weight ???
