- Ok guys due to sooo many of you requesting this one I am bringing you a quick inner thighs/thigh gap workout today. This workout will help to slim your inner thighs, tone your thigh gap and create lean, toned legs. This workout will leave you burning in all the right places and should leave you feeling lengthened and energised. It is one of my fave quick thigh series!! Enjoy!!

Yea was literally looking at my super wobbly triceps when I had to lift n hold my leg during this workout n thinking n wondering if Bailey had done a tricep work out video yet for us women!!

I tried this but as a beginner there's no way to get through this with no breaks and the speed at which its being done. Hopefully it helps someone.

ok, so Bailey, I had been working out pretty consistently and thanks to you and one other person, I had a butt. I fell off and lost the butt but I did your 5 minute butt burn for two days(TWO DAYS) I couldn't even get through the whole five minutes because Im starting over. I have a whole butt in two days. I realized because Im not used to it and knocking things over LOL

I've been doing your workouts long enough to know that those "little circles" aren't an easy piece of work😅 I wonder is there any similar set of exercise for toning the calves?
