Quick Butt Shaping Pilates Workout | 8 Min Butt Shape & Tone

- This is one of my all time favourite butt lifting and toning pilates workouts! Join me on the mat for 7 minutes of booty bridging pilates goodness! You don't need any equipment for this one, but if you want to take your results to the next level try adding a booty band and keeping in tension during your bridges. With these focussed pilates workouts your technique is super important to make sure you are targeting the right muscles (in this case your butt).
Remember to:
- exhale as you lift to engage your abs and keep your back straight
- push through your heels so you really feel it in your butt (not your thighs)

I have done so many of these butt videos and this is by far my favorite. It also gets into the inner thighs and the calves.

What the actual F? I am in pretty good shape and strength train regularly including glutes. Did this for an off day. It is intense and very effective to add to my repertoire
