I'M GOING TO DO THIS A WHOLE WEEK LONG START: JULY 7, 2020 (pls like so i don't forget) day 1: my legs burn more than my lower ab but I feel it in my muscles, love this workout day 2: lower belly really hurt, still love it ! day 3: it's not that hard but I still feel the hurt day 4: it doesn't hurt as it did the first day, it's sm fun and I can see results already !! day 5: this workout is so much fun and I really don't see my lower belly fat anymore, it's gone smh hahah day 6: its hurting a little again but its so much fun day 7: its not hurting at all anymore and I know this by heart already lmao :) IN CONCLUSION: I'd really recommend this workout for everyone with a little bit lower belly fat. just try it out, you'll be so thankful !! I did this just before and i could definetley feel tenesing in my stonach im in grade six just turned 12 and i am very insecure about my lower belly fat so i really hope this helps. Comment if u have any tips
Greta Brumder u gotta do a diet love unless you already have a flat tummy, do the intermittent fasting 16:8 it rlly helped me and focus in eating proteins and salad, veggies etc
im off school for at least 6 weeks because of covid-19 so i thought in between homework i would try to have a corona glow up. i have been overweight and insecure most of my life and this is the only workout i could really follow along to and not find impossible like the chloe ting ab workout. this is awesome and i can actually do it. thank you!! ill update with my progress

I'm back to dancing and that's my main form of workout at the moment but thanks y'all for reminding of this. I might start doing it again as I'm tryna tone my belly. I love these 5 minute workouts. It's something I can actually do and it's not daunting like a horrific 40 minute workout or something so I always feel i can do them.

i just discovered you and this is PERFECT for me and my impatience/short attention span. i just find 3, 5 minute videos and do each of the videos 3 times, boom, 45 min workout + 15 minutes stretching and you can't even tell an hour has gone by though my body can definitely tell

After having lots of babies, lower abs are almost nonexistent for me. I love that this is gentle enough that I dont just balloon my stomach from being too challenging. These are perfect!

I have a naturally curved spine so with lots of these motions where we are lying down, no matter how hard I try to flatten my back to the floor, there is a gap. Is this okay?

@@ahana0072 yes i did change my diet - no crap. i cut my carbs and had zero sugar not even fruit. i made sure i only ate when i was hungry and ate till i was satisfied not full. i did this for 2 weeks and saw abs poking through and i also did do leg workouts with this (her leg workouts)
This is week #1, Day #1 of my weight loss journey. So far I've completed 25 minutes of working out for today. I'll edit my comment to share results. Day #1 ✅: Abs and upper thighs are burning and I'm sweating (I cycled and did other workouts before this though). So far I have high hopes for these workouts. I'm satisfied for today. :)

@@angelamartinez4091 hi yes it has iv lost 1 inch off my waist and 1 and a half off my hips 🙂 iv combined it with walking every day too, but the toning and lower belly loss iv put down to these exercises. After having a cesarian years ago iv never been able to lose that fat but this has definitely done it! Still a bit to go but I'm going to carry on and hopefully lose some more . Good luck !!

DOING WORKOUT UPDATE (will update this everyday, using video everyday) Day 1: Could definitely feel the burn, a little out of breath. Lower Abdomen Width: 47 Inch (Updating width at the end of the week) Day 2: A little sore from yesterday, still a little out of breath, definitely could feel the burning. Still a bit hard to do. Day 3: Not sore at all. Prettt easier to do. Barely out of breath. Day 4: I felt the burning in my lower abs today more than any of the other days. Though it is getting easier to work through it. Not skipping days lets go! Day 5: Definitely see some changes. Could definitely feel the burning and winded. But easier to do now. Day 6: motivated my mom to do it with me today. Was easier with someone to work out with. Pretty easy to do now. Ready for the fat burn.

Glad I found this video. It’s the easiest lower ab workout for me because I’m basically starting from scratch. Other lower ab workout videos have too many workouts where you have to hold your legs up in the air, which I cannot do at ALL right now lol
Hi! So I have a two year old daughter and during my pregnancy my lower abs separated in the middle. (I forget the medical term) ...My upper abs were looking good but my lower still looked like a small baby bump from that separation! I’m so glad I found this video because I add this to my other ab workouts and my lower abs are coming back together so quickly and my lower stomach looks flatter every day! I did this workout for the first time today (I’ve been doing one of the five minute butt workouts for about 3 weeks and I’m adding this to my routine!) and while it was AGONY as I was doing it, I exclaimed “WAIT WHAT?!” when it ended, it went so quickly, I’m really excited to do this 2-3 times a week and see if I get amazing results just like with the butt workout! I’m also eating in a calorie deficit, getting 20 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and trying to drink as close to a gallon as I can a day (I’m happy w 100 oz). I’ve been working to make a change for about two months but have dedicatedly been exercising for about a month and it’s really helping! To anyone reading this it is possible!! I thought about it and thought about it and thought about it for years and now I’m finally DOING it and it’s awesome. Love to you all ❤️

I am kinda disappointed that I’ve gained on my waist and hips however I am doing a leg and booty workout which could factor in to the results from my hips and possibly my waist. I love these workouts, because a lot of ab floor workouts put pressure on your neck. And I felt it more after one try, than most of the others I have been trying, which haven't had much impact on my abs, despite changing my diet and doing them religiously. Thank you Bailey.

Inspired by another comment I saw, I'm going to be doing this for a week, once a day, and I'll track how I feel!! Day 1: feeling a little bit sore after, definitely felt a good burn during Day 2: Almost forgot to edit my comment!! 😬 My abs were definitely sore a bit from yesterday, and it hurt super bad during the first minute of the exercise, but then, I warmed up! My abs still burned while exercising after they warmed up. Day 3: my abs actually weren't really sore today, so during the exercise, it kinda just felt like the first day where there was a definite burn during and a slight soreness after Day 4: I kinda messed up my back a little. Like I pulled a muscle and I don't want to make up excuses but it hurts rlly bad so I think I'm gonna take a little break. ☹️ When I start doing it again, I'm gonna start it over again and do it for a whole week. So here's the update, 3 years later 😂: Honestly, been a while since I did this workout. I'm back to dancing and that's my main form of workout at the moment but thanks y'all for reminding of this. I might start doing it again as I'm tryna tone my belly. No promises when it comes to updates though. Lol Anyway, for anyone reading this, don't just wait for someone to tell you it works before you actually try it, why not try it out and see for yourself?

@multiversething it depends on your body. Usually in a week but because everyone is different, you might see them earlier or later than a week.
I love these 5 minute workouts. It's something I can actually do and it's not daunting like a horrific 40 minute workout or something so I always feel i can do them.

Since my area is quarantined for 2 weeks I now have time to work out in the mornings, I'll try and do this workout every day for 15 days, wish me luck!!
Day 1 (3/15): Not bad, granted I worked out a lot yesterday so maybe that's why it was easier than expected
Day 2: Again, it was alright, I woke up sore from yesterday tho so that's a good sign!! Btw, I'm starting with a 26" waist for anyone curious

i just discovered you and this is PERFECT for me and my impatience/short attention span. i just find 3, 5 minute videos and do each of the videos 3 times, boom, 45 min workout + 15 minutes stretching and you can't even tell an hour has gone by though my body can definitely tell

After having lots of babies, lower abs are almost nonexistent for me. I love that this is gentle enough that I dont just balloon my stomach from being too challenging. These are perfect!

I did this yesterday and today i feel the ab pain all throughout my lower abs and a bit on my obliques! Its been so long since I’ve done a workout where i felt pain the day after which is something i want cause it makes me feel like it works well! So excited to keep doing this!

I have a naturally curved spine so with lots of these motions where we are lying down, no matter how hard I try to flatten my back to the floor, there is a gap. Is this okay?

I have a curved spine too! it might help to make a diamond shape with ur hands and place them under the lower back for stability :)

@@ahana0072 yes i did change my diet - no crap. i cut my carbs and had zero sugar not even fruit. i made sure i only ate when i was hungry and ate till i was satisfied not full. i did this for 2 weeks and saw abs poking through and i also did do leg workouts with this (her leg workouts)

Day #1 ✅: Abs and upper thighs are burning and I'm sweating (I cycled and did other workouts before this though). So far I have high hopes for these workouts. I'm satisfied for today. :)

@@angelamartinez4091 hi yes it has iv lost 1 inch off my waist and 1 and a half off my hips 🙂 iv combined it with walking every day too, but the toning and lower belly loss iv put down to these exercises. After having a cesarian years ago iv never been able to lose that fat but this has definitely done it! Still a bit to go but I'm going to carry on and hopefully lose some more . Good luck !!

DOING WORKOUT UPDATE (will update this everyday, using video everyday)
Day 1: Could definitely feel the burn, a little out of breath. Lower Abdomen Width: 47 Inch (Updating width at the end of the week)
Day 2: A little sore from yesterday, still a little out of breath, definitely could feel the burning. Still a bit hard to do.
Day 3: Not sore at all. Prettt easier to do. Barely out of breath.
Day 4: I felt the burning in my lower abs today more than any of the other days. Though it is getting easier to work through it. Not skipping days lets go!
Day 5: Definitely see some changes. Could definitely feel the burning and winded. But easier to do now.
Day 6: motivated my mom to do it with me today. Was easier with someone to work out with. Pretty easy to do now. Ready for the fat burn.

Glad I found this video. It’s the easiest lower ab workout for me because I’m basically starting from scratch. Other lower ab workout videos have too many workouts where you have to hold your legs up in the air, which I cannot do at ALL right now lol

Hi! So I have a two year old daughter and during my pregnancy my lower abs separated in the middle. (I forget the medical term) ...My upper abs were looking good but my lower still looked like a small baby bump from that separation! I’m so glad I found this video because I add this to my other ab workouts and my lower abs are coming back together so quickly and my lower stomach looks flatter every day! I did this workout for the first time today (I’ve been doing one of the five minute butt workouts for about 3 weeks and I’m adding this to my routine!) and while it was AGONY as I was doing it, I exclaimed “WAIT WHAT?!” when it ended, it went so quickly, I’m really excited to do this 2-3 times a week and see if I get amazing results just like with the butt workout! I’m also eating in a calorie deficit, getting 20 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, and trying to drink as close to a gallon as I can a day (I’m happy w 100 oz). I’ve been working to make a change for about two months but have dedicatedly been exercising for about a month and it’s really helping! To anyone reading this it is possible!! I thought about it and thought about it and thought about it for years and now I’m finally DOING it and it’s awesome. Love to you all ❤️

I’ve been trying to get into shape for years and I finally got the motivation to try these five minute work outs, I’m in something called Colourguard so engaging the core has always been a big thing for me just did this work out was struggling a bit at the end up I’m going to be attempting this for a couple of weeks along with some of your other workouts 💕

I have been doing an arm workout so I think that factors in to the loss of 2 cm off my arms. I am kinda disappointed that I’ve gained on my waist and hips however I am doing a leg and booty workout which could factor in to the results from my hips and possibly my waist. Overall I am going to do this and the other ab workout for another week. Also, my stomach feels slimmer, especially on the lower ab part.

I love these workouts, because a lot of ab floor workouts put pressure on your neck. And I felt it more after one try, than most of the others I have been trying, which haven't had much impact on my abs, despite changing my diet and doing them religiously. Thank you Bailey.

Day 1: feeling a little bit sore after, definitely felt a good burn during
Day 2: Almost forgot to edit my comment!! 😬 My abs were definitely sore a bit from yesterday, and it hurt super bad during the first minute of the exercise, but then, I warmed up! My abs still burned while exercising after they warmed up.
Day 3: my abs actually weren't really sore today, so during the exercise, it kinda just felt like the first day where there was a definite burn during and a slight soreness after
Day 4: I kinda messed up my back a little. Like I pulled a muscle and I don't want to make up excuses but it hurts rlly bad so I think I'm gonna take a little break. ☹️ When I start doing it again, I'm gonna start it over again and do it for a whole week. See you then!!
