    Welcome to my channel 'Healthy Moves'. Cervical spondylosis is a general term for age-related wear and tear affecting the spinal discs in your neck. As the discs dehydrate and shrink, signs of osteoarthritis develop, including bony projections along the edges of bones (bone spurs).More than 85% of people older than age 60 are affected by cervical spondylosis.
    Most people experience no symptoms. When symptoms do occur, they typically include pain and stiffness in the neck. This condition can be managed in long term by following a regular exercise Regimen and following some posture based precautions in daily routine but simply exercising without understanding the correct technique won't yield results.
    This video explains all about mistakes which should be avoided while exercising for cervical spondylosis and correct techniques to be followed while exercising.
