    Have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a couple of years now, being attending a physiotherapist for over a year with a little relief, cant believe these exercises have made a great difference after two week I have had no pain a lot more mobility and feel 100% better. thank you

    I wood like to share what I Learn from my Grandpa . He hated a double chin be an . Native American And I ask him how do you stop having a double chair and my grampa send this . Here goes. Every time you brush your teeth Stick your tongue out and try to touch your nose With a good posture . your head back a little bit in repetition in and out to touch your nose .     Thank you sooo much. I've had tinnitus since 2016. Hopelessly I tried your video before I went to bed. At 3 a.m. I woke up with silence in my head it was so wonderful. It goes without saying that I will be doing this short miraculous video every day. I'm 78 and I spend a lot of time alone and now I will have the silence I was so hungry for. Thank you very much

      Premature to write this but you just gave me hope… i’ve had tinnitus for twenty years, it switches sides and feels like it might be related to neck and spinal asymmetry. Wish me luck!!

    Wow! I’ve had neck injuries and pain and stiffness for decades. I hear grinding when I move my neck. After doing these mobility moves, my head and neck feel free and quiet!       @@motivationaldocI have one 4 you doc. For a normal body type (5’9” 178) I should be able to touch my toes, never been able without a lot of bouncing and that was decades ago. Now if I try probably about 8 inches away…might make an interesting video to think about, concerning more flexibility in that regard. God Bless =)

    This just relieved so much tension from my entire upper body. I have Parkinson’s and have a lot of rigidity if I don’t work at combatting it daily. This feels amazing.     I have been struggling with next and shoulder tension for a long time and recently a pinched nerve in my neck causing pain my right shoulder … I cannot believe how much pain and stiffness was released after doing these exercises. I will definitely be using them every morning along with other spine stretches- ACV - and acupressure. Thanks Doc you are truly a gift 🙏🏽

      If you want to do self treatment of your disease witout any medicine and money so do yoga and dhayan (exercise and meditation) . Please follow Indian Yogic Teacher on TH-cam. They are expert in yoga because yoga is in Indian's blood since 5000 yrs ago....
      In world firstly Yoga originated in India........

    Thank you Dr M. I had a Laminectomy last July. Since then I’ve gotten the strength and feeling back in my hands and all but two fingers on both hands. But I cannot stand up straight or hold my head up. I also get shooting pain in my neck. This was not a problem before I had the surgery. 😢. I’m housebound and cannot find an agency that will send a therapist to my home😕. I’m sure I have a lot of scar tissue. I just completed one session😅 . I know it takes time but I’m feeling mentally better already. I am so grateful for you😊

    I'm a Jeweler who does a lot of work at the Bench, head tilted forward as I set stones, micro-soldering, etc. these exercises are a MUST and are VERY effectine - something I shall be doing daily from now on. Thanks! Doc!!!

    Thank you Doctor. I have been trying to use exercises to free up a an impinged neck. This worked great. By modifying the method I felt instant loosening on the first try. I will now make this a daily routine. The right knowledge makes a huge difference in medical practise. Thanks again to an ACTUAL doctor and not a government shill.

      This may be a big ask BUT I would appreciate knowing just what was the catalyst that caused you to grow beyond conventional medical practise and become so much better a doctor by considering causation and more holistic approaches. I am not only curious but I hoped it would be seen and considered by young doctors just beginning their practise. The need for exemplars to influence new generations in these times is manifestly obvious. Thank you for your good character and truly helpful contributions.

    Thanks Doc!! I’ve been dealing with vertigo, sinus issues and neck pain. Your therapy is definitely helping. Relieve theses problems. I do it every morning and evening before bed.

    Thank you so much for these easy to follow and effective exercises. They have helped to reduce the stiffness and pain in my neck within 15 minutes! I have a complete loss of cervical curve after 60+ years of scoliosis. Will do these a number of times a week. Bless you!!!

      If you want to do self treatment of your disease witout any medicine and money so do yoga and dhayan (exercise and meditation) . Please follow Indian Yogic Teacher on TH-cam. They are expert in yoga because yoga is in Indian's blood since 5000 yrs ago....
      In world firstly Yoga originated in India........

    Awesome! I am a 73 year old post scoliosis surgery patient who had 2 fusions, 1977 and 1996, t4-S2. I MUST do neck exercises or my neck will not move! Your routine is adding to my cadre. I will keep doing these. And, yes, after doing your routine, my neck feels so much better! Thank you!

    I got to say... I am so grateful for this mans knowledge and him sharing it with us all I mean what a way to literally be like a modern day super hero I just wanted to thank you for your knowledge its a literally a god send god bless you sir. We need more people with compassion like this man has for anyone who is suffering from this type of pain because I tell you it can be frustrating not knowing where it might be coming from or what nerves are being affected or anything else for that matter etc...

    You weren't exaggerating! For a few weeks I've had the symptoms you mentioned ( did you say fatigue also?) I felt better the first time! So I'm a few days into it and my symptoms are gone! God bless you and thank you!

    I am experiencing tendonitis in my upper arm (bi-flex) and my shoulder and cervical spine at my neck. I did the exercises this morning and my pain is 50% gone.     Years ago I suffered from what I thought were migraine headaches. They would last for days. Miserable. I also had bouts of vertigo that would come and go. Bending my head backwards made the vertigo worse. My doctor thought it was an ear issue, but nothing done with the ears would help. The vertigo came and went like the headaches. I saw a chiropractor who immediately gave me relief and freedom from both issues. The problem was in my neck. Stiffness. I tend to subconsciously tighten my neck muscles on the left side. Seeing a chiropractor every three months or so keeps me free of these problems. Was so glad to find this video ! I think that these exercises may give me the same results.

    I have severe stiffness and pain on the left side of my neck and it radiates to the left shoulder .After these neck exercises it has helped in loosening and much relief .God bless you Doc ❤I have been doing your other spine exercises too You have touched so many lives Bless you 🙏🏼

    Finally someone who knows what he is talking about and who explains everything in detail. I am so happy to have stumbled to this channel. The only exercise I can't do is the last one because I have problems with my shoulder. I wish the doctor gave us an alternative exercise that would do the same to help our neck but without involving shoulders.

    This is a life saver that I needed, thank you!! Stiff neck due to long computer hours is one of my biggest problems resulting in regular headaches. It's a viscous circle. I've been doing already neck stretch exercises but this exercise routine had a super positive effect on my neck. I can finally move around my head without moving half of my body with it.😄
