Hey buddy. I don’t have freezer big enough for a LP. Can I just use the Relic Patina on my 3 year old Satin If so should I lightly sand beforehand. Thanks
Yes you can! And you should absolutely sand a bit. You need to rough up the surface and using 2000 grit sandpaper will also get rid of old grease and grime. Go for it, it will work wonders! PS. You can leave the guitar in your car overnight to get the freezer effect. 👍
@@TheworldofMattias Hey Mattias. Thanks for that. Currently 20c overnight where I live in Australia. I have an EV so maybe I could leave overnight with the AC turned way down, OR wait for winter. Given the manufacturer doesn’t have an Australian agent it may take a while to get here anyway
Ok! :) The laquer will crack even though you don´t put it in the freezer, it will just take a little more time. I have asked Nitorlack if they have an agent in Australia, I´ll come back to you.
Yeah, I wouldn´t put to much into they not answering right now. There have been torrential rain just on their door step, a national crisess. I have some contact with them and I will see if we can work something out.
You can put in the freezer and then put out in the sun too for relacing
Yes, that’ll work!
Ooh... a box of colorful goodness!
I can't wait to see how you spread it around!
Yeah, it´ll be good!
That chameleon color would look cool on a explorer type guitar, just a thought...
Yeah that’s a good idea! Or maybe a ES-guitar? 🤔

No agent in Australia unfortunately. Asked them about posting to Australia but no reply after a week
