Now I regret not renting a garage and creating my own homegym with a heavybag. Thoght I would never need it because my Muay Thai Gym was open on 6 Days a week. To everbody with a heavybag: Have fun a aprreciate it ;) I have to shadowbox right now
I bought a heavy bag stand for like 50 bux. Heavy bag for like 90 and I keep it outside. I move the bag in out the house but yea it works great with some weight on it
This is so good!! Do you have this as a follow-along video? (where you do it, for one minute each, and we can follow and do it along with you) Would be so awesome!!
you are amazing. More Dekkers stuff if you can IMO. You already know that the elusive Dekkers combo is within your grasp. It's a 5 combo but you already know that.
Good video bro. Hey do you think i can use tear drop for boxing too and of course muay thai?. I was gonna get a longer bag but my 17 year old likes the tear Drop bags..he wants to use them for kicking, kneeing and boxing . I have elbow tendonitis so I was looking for something softer for my joints? Will teardrop bag satisfy all my needs as far as boxing and muay thai? .My son is a wrestler who used to fight in muay thai and boxing. We both will be using bag just for fitness and to have fun with it since I used to do some boxing and muay thai myself. Thank u. I also been checking out the liquid shock bag that has foam outside and I think a bladder inside for water so it supposed to be softer and good on joints? But like I mentioned before son likes tear drop bags..looking just for one bag that I can use for everything pretty much..thank you
for a beginner I wanted to ask: do we need to be as fast as you? how can we combine these moves with a attempt to clinch? how should we kick? is it a leg, body or head kick? Also how far from the bag should we be?
All of those questions are hard to answer because there is no one answer. 1) No you don't need to be as fast as me 2) Sure, adding the clinch is a good option 3) You should kick all levels 4) It depends on what you're trying to land
Great video. Good hips rotation and good punches . Foot positions looks weak during middle kicks tho, look like the left foot is going quite high and doesn't give good strong support and could fall off pretty easily. Which is weird because during fights and sparring you don't have this issue. Is the heavy bag to high ?
thank you Sean for all your uploads. ya truly made a great job, better said lotta great jobs here on YT. hope you're never too busy to enjoy the beauty of Thailand. best wishes from Switzerland and keep up your awesome work, dDdiggah.
How much power do you put into punches that are followed by kicks out of curiosity? I find on the heavy bag its a bit difficult to go full blast with the punches that are ended with kicks. This could be a range issue but I'm not 100 percent sure.
Well that's super interesting and I'd really like to enjoy them, but I've just one problem: after years of only boxing and running, I can't raise my legs higher than my bedside table. That's frustrating.

I like the last combo
Yea it’s a good one 👊
Good stuff.
Why the pause after you throw a cross before you throw a kick?
Depends. Sometimes to break the rhythm. Sometimes to add more power. There are subtitles and differences based on the individuals preference
