    Hey I ´ve been following your workouts for 6 weeks now and I can see my kicking, striking getting much better, also my coordination and body movement are getting better and I feel more confident with my combos. Right now training shadow boxing and heavy bag, can´t wait to try sparring after this quarantine :) Keep up the good work! Ps. my shins finally dont hurt so much :D :D

    thx for vid. Your roundhouse technique is Dekkers-esque. It's very good, so much torsion. The beard protects the throat right, maybe psychologically it does

    Used to be scared doing proper thai kicks cos shin pains LOL but once u embrace that pain n get over the barrier u kinda get used to it pretty quickly kickin bags for dayz

      Kicking a double end bad isn’t recommended but I’m sure you can figure something creative out

    IAM debating between a 5ft 100lbs or a banana bag 100lbs for home use..
    Do u prefere the 6ft instead of the 5 ft for boxing and muay thai..my son and I will be using it at home...I already have double end bag and a round upper cut water bag
    Also I have some elbow tendonitis which somethimes it flares up so IAM looking for a soft bag..
    My son likes the tear drop one.

    Sean, on the rear roundhouse, are you bringing your leg more or less straight up and turning over your hip or bringing it more in an arc? And does the same apply to a leg kick? Thanks!

      It depends on the situation, but most often times it’s straight up and a hip turn. Leg kicks are a bit different and varies depending on the style of kick you throw

    I tried this the first 3 heavy bag workouts and man I did not know up until today how hard our bag is I don't even know what's inside it to since it's my dad's old heavy bag. Do you still recommend kicking the hard SOB? lol so effin painful.

    I purchased both the medium th-cam.com/users/postUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

    I have a powerfull kick with the lead leg without switching(taekwondo style), but its hard to me to do the switch kick

    Workout is perfect but don't talk like this motivate people during workout like by saying numbers 1,2,3,___
    And motivating like saying that the round is coming to end or we are almost there
    And last make it long

    For those Martial arts out there DO NOT EVER kick round kicks this way.
    Wrongs....
    1-There is no proper withdrawal of the leg after kicking
    2- Prior to the kick there is telegraphy, (Advance warning. He drops his left hand and the leg withdraws backwards before kicking) A classic with Muay Thai
    3- Its all about power but lacking technique. If the opponent sees your technique due to telegraphy, a powerful kick becomes a useless kick.
    Just saying ...from an individual with 45 years martial arts training in Japan.
