Lead hook to rear low kick lands literally everytime.
Ossss
You do the best videos bro, that we really live in a world where I can watch a pro fighter explaining stuff for literally free while it is 4 am in Germany here.. thank you
thank you man!!!
Your instructional videos are great. Simply great. Also because you show actual implementation. This is gold.
First off, I would like to compliment the extensive wardrobe options in this video.
I really like these beginner/fundamentals videos. Reminders of the importance of explaining not only the "how" but also the "why" to beginners. Your narratives are always top notch.
As for future content ideas, limited space rounds to complicate technique choices, super close quarters sparring, categorization of why a technique worked so well (power, appropriate technique or leverage etc.), anything clinch (especially judo v MT), planned counters to anticipated/expected counters, distance manipulation (making ourselves appear closer/further than we are), 2 v 2/3 v 3 haha, sparring outside of a gym to create an adverse condition (beach, rain, slope, snow, ball pit), your favorite MMA gear/products, rare submission/technique use, unequal conditioned sparring (no use of jab, cross etc), breathing work, controlling the centerline and anything using WC - Ip Chan stuff😂
I appreciate the feedback and suggestions! I’d love to do more 3 vs 4, I just need friends to agree to it lmao! I will write downnn your suggestions😊
Man, your content is amazing. You can see the passion that you have for the sport in every strike. Though there is no doubt that you've got the mind of a fighter, you've got the heart of a martial artist. Keep it up brother. Always a pleasure to watch
Thanks for the support man ❤
Excellent break down of fundamental combos!! Love your channel and your commitment to spreading knowledge. Thank you!! 🙏
thank you!!!
Had my first spar (kickbokx) this week as a beginner (but lover of MMA)...Man its so hard to remember to execute combos when youre actually in there!
I felt my movement was good, defence also..but offense was severely lacking. Normal for a first timer obviously, but eager to learn and started remembering ''oh yeah ive watched a gazillion MMASHREDDED videos why am I not remembering the combos''and now I realised: I need a single (or two max) combos or ideas I need to work on. This way I think I will learn more!
So here I am rewatching so many videos and this one so far has really helped me a bunch! The hook bodykick is one im going to try!
Thanks Brother as always.
All my improvements come from you. I always learn your fighting style and set up combos….
Really appreciate Jeff…❤
Keep it up brother ❤❤
You are a great example of mobility in striking
I started mma about 6 months ago and was looking for a video like this. Thanks!
No prob !!
hey yo MMAShredded great video and these are some simple combos I will use them
Jeff you are a great striker but can you upload more thing about takedown and bjj 😊
You're right, we already vote to see more wrestling and grappling
He's very good at it too
But it seems he prefers more striking than anything else
It looks like all videos are the same lol
But it's always a pleasure to watch his videos
MUAY THAI! MUAY THAI!😂
He could but grappling isn’t fun to watch like striking is.
@@Bastos9458 i agree
Taking wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu . 4 weeks into it ( I practice Thursday and Friday) definitely agree more BJJ /JJ clasess would be helpful! Am 8 months into Muay Thai and regular boxing
I can confirm the jab-right high kick. The first ever combo that worked for me.
Sometimes not even throwing the punch, just extend the hand and make them flinch.
Awesome !!
Very helpful. Thank you.
Combo 5 is literally one of the best point fighting tactics. Jab, sidekick is a foundation you could build a house on
cheers!
Love your content bro, I'm a beginner Muay Thai and Boxing practitioner and your stuff has been really helpful
thank you!!!
Awesome combos and very well explained.
Thank You!
Thank you!!
I'm already using combos 2, 4 and 5. Very useful video as always, thank you for making it!
awesome!!
Such good info Jeff! You make it look easy! 🙏
thanks man!
Had a 6month break due to being sick. First sparring session after break felt like ive never sparred before. These videos will be great help getting me back up. Also forgot how good your videos truly are, very educational! you are awesome my friend!
Jeff, I have to say. Thank you thank you thank you x1000000000 thank you. Today I truly excelled for the first time in training against seriously competent opponents, and I owe so much of where I am now to you. You are a continual inspiration, a source of good advice and a powerful example of what a practical, exciting, and safe martial artist can be. You have changed my life!
Today I learned the lesson of using the right tool for the job. Boxing is a hammer and I was trying to treat everything as a nail. No longer! Takedowns, Muay Thai, evasion, long guard, two handed long guard, hand traps, evasion evasion evasion, kick punch kick. All I can say is thank you.
Thanks for watching man keep it up :) you will only get better
Love your videos always learning
thanks man!!
Great content as always.
thx!!!
Tq for sharing ur knowledge
I can't wait to try these combos in my next sparring. Thanks!
You probably already have videos on defense, so I'll have a look for that next
Oss :)
Fantastic explanations and sparring footage to match!
Thank you!!
Awsome, exactly what I was looking for. Well done!
Thank you!
This was exactly the vid I was waiting for. Thank you
No prob :)
you reaally got that stuff downn make it look easy...
Great video. On the surface it's simple: one punch, one kick.
But in the moment, so many variables.
thx!!
I needed this. Thank you.
No prob!
Great review! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Ossss❤
Great breakdown of fundamentals!
thanks man!
Cool. Nice commentary
Thanks !!
I always watch your videos for ideas for myself. As mostly a striker myself it's nice to see combos and tips that dont lead to grappling straight away 😂
Hahaha cheers !
Best fight channel never boring
thanks!!!
lovely, i do this tomorrow while sparring with my friends!!
Awesome !
Nice Jeff. So smart. I like 1 & 7 because throwing a left hook people arent usually looking for it and its harder to see it coming. I like your point about the knee being more powerful than the kick. The momentum from left attack to right attack throw more weight into it. Nice.:)
Ossssss!!
Jeff, please consider making instructional vids based on actual fights. Showing what works. It would be great coming from such knowledgeable coach
thanks man
Thanks, Jeff
No prob!
Gotta add these to my techniques
:)
Love this videos.
Thanks !!
Awesome Vid💪🔥🔥
Thank you!!
Good stuff!
Thank you!!!’n
Jeff, have you ever considered competing in Glory Kickboxing? I think you would do amazing.
Bandana Jeff is back with a vengeance!🤠
Hahahhaha
Nice basics rock
Osss
Simple but deadly moves!
Osss
Mr jeff i really like how informative your videos are and i have learned a lot. i am very grateful for this. thank you. I would really like it if you could do a video about footwork. Overall keep up the good work. huge respect from bangladesh.
thanks man!!
Love these videos for beginners! How about a video on basic defenses for beginners?
I would recommend you check out my long guard videos!!!
Can you do a step by step head movement drills. Show us to use our use our lower leg work and head movement to dodge
Awesome Jeff ooss
Thanks man!
Jab right punch combo kick attack technique
This is so good- have you done or can you do one for boxing pls
Will do!!
Great timing buddy👏🏼👏🏼
My son has his competition next Sunday.
K1 and MMA
Need some last minute advice.
Be first to hit and don’t gas yourself out in the first round. Good luck!!
To summarize) same sides punch and kick combo, alternating sides punch and kick combo, then alternation sides punch and knee combo.
Is this specifically for Muay Thai? great vid!
Can you please watch Marcus Lelo Aurelios fights highlights and training?
Would love to hear your thoughts on it.
2 and 3 work as a charm in sparring, never miss
oss!
Nice combo Jeff
I use your shadow mma training to make my own combo
Awesome !!
That always going to be my favorite kick. The roundhouse kicks. I use it to strike the knees, mid section, and head. And always use it when l be doing combos of course. Those who spars with me and fought against me will know that to. I also use side kicks with combos and hook kicks with combos, there l believe it works best, especially you throw a few fakes to catch your opponent by surprise. I use knee strikes when l'm very close to My opponent. Great video Jeff. Keep it up 👍
Thank you bro! Keep it up :)
@@MMAShredded likewise bro 👍💯
Question Jeff how do you like your slimmer red/blue shinguards versus your more padded fairtex ones? Do you have a preference?
My fav are my primo ones!!
Great video! Thanks man
6:25 that guy really wanted to land that punch hard!
Haha
Thanks !!!
Odd question but what is that band you have on your forehead? I always sweat alot from my forehead and constantly need to swipe it away. That looks useful and wont fall off in an instant. :)
Could you please post more grappling tutorials?
Yes!
Where do you get the see in slow motion achievement?
This is fkn brilliant. Im a karate guy who hasn’t sparred much but has started doing mma type sparring at my dojo on Sundays. I use your videos to get ideas. Tell me though - your left hook on that first combo looks very extended and long almost like a jab. Would a jab be a suitable substitute here? I feel super open throwing that hook from a distance
Yes I throw with palm down , arm locked shoulder loose! Almost extended like a crow bar
@@MMAShredded bro it’s crazy I tried this sparring my karate guys last night and it wouldn’t stop landing, you’ve got a new fan. My fiancée is annoyed cause I keep staying up late watching this vids and can’t wait to try them later. Cheers!
me and my friend after a "mild disagreement"
haha
Nice video Jeff. It's crazy, sometimes you go hard on your sparring partners and sometimes easy, I guess you let them decide on how well the steak is cooked during sparring.
I try to answer back as hard as they hit!
What amazing u r.😊
Thanks !
can u recommend me some 14oz kickboxing/muay thai gloves to use im a begginer so something budget
How do I throw kicks with out power but still have speed
NO you can't BEND your kicking LEG!!! Says every Muay Thai coach. LOL love that you freezed it. So tired of coaches saying it's not a real kick. All the Thai legends do it too and kick with their foot to the jaw with a bent knee (Superbon) while falling backwards. NO you must always kick with the shin!! LOL
Haha cheers!
3:00 Against _that_ guy, your high kick is going to end up as a body shot.
Haha
Hey Jeff i know you probably won’t see this and this is off subject but where did you get those pants at 3:39 😂
Start with Drive Rush so you are left positive even on block. And practice your hit confirm.
Cheers!
can someone tell give me a link to some good shin gaurds and gloves
Try primo fightwear and use MMASHREDDED10 for discount !
Would love to see a sparing session with Siam Boxing.
I’d live to see a tutorial for your double-leg
I have quite a few double leg tutorials you can check out !
A punch usually followed by a middle round kick (1st combo) so why people keep their hand up? Some people say that ''you cannot be KO by get a shoot to middle body'', i cannot affort a kick i say, do im wrong?
Jeff What if you train in your lucid dreams I think that would be a interesting video
Haha
Wow Jeff! So, how long does it take to get all these edits? LOL Maybe you cut videos early and have a library of moves?
I do exactly that actually :p
dude be disciplined in fighting and in life! Awesome!
thumb up
Thanks !
Bro you got anything on holding Thai pads. I see everyone doing it different ways
I actually do!! stay tuned!

🔥🔥🔥🤙🤙🤙💪💪💪
Giving away too many valuable techniques and brotha".. c'mon now.. ) Do you happen to visit Southern California? I'd be an honor to meet you.
id like to revisit!!!
SOLID BASICS !!!!!!!!!!!
Ossss
@@MMAShredded Uffffffff
Love you bro 🗿❤️🩹
When’s ur next fight ?
If you dont mind me asking, why do you keep your hands so low
Becuase I am far enough from my opponent to know I am not in danger. I will bring them up as they close the distance . Keeping hands low make your punches less telegraph, more powerful and it rests my shoulders lmao
Thank you for replying, keep up the amazing content@@MMAShredded
UFC Fighter Tj Dillashaw be using that Combo
Oss
Now how to defend them all 😅
Max was here
Who is this imam?
Where is the inside low, jab high, cross low, lead hook, rear upper, spinning wheel kick, spin through, spinning back fist Jeff?
😂😂
I just imagined this combo in my head and it looks sick 🔥😂
slapping hook and a kick right? cuz no way im in a right range to throw a lowkick after being in boxing range..?
could also be jab to rhk?
cant turn my hips when kicking to save my life
lol I can’t see the difference in all of them 😂
