You are joking? I used to watch him all the time, he has gained a lot of weight and his videos are short now -- he seems to be finding long exercise harder.
I am fit, healthy and strong! The weight gain is due to a health condition that I am battling with. But yet it has not slowed me down. I can do much longer exercises and they do not slow me down. I guess I will prove it to you by doing a 45 to 1 hour power walk at fast pace to satisfy you even with my current medical condition. Will you be able to hang in there with me?
