This was perfect tonight! I completed it after Day 6 of the challenge I’m participating in-- it was intense arms today 😩 - so this low impact workout was the perfect addition. I’m also saving it to my playlist for days when I want or need something lighter, or as an add-on. Thank you! ❤️
WOW - this was different! My senior body sends you a "thank you". If you have time, could you do a total body 15/20 minute "Functional Fitness" video where we do exercises to help with our everyday movements to keep our joints limber? Your originality is AWESOME!
I had done this type of workout a few years ago and someone reminded me of it. So, I woke and decided to it again. I am glad that you enjoyed it. Sure, I will do a Functional Fitness workout video.
