- Dumbbell Lower Upper body combo exercises to help strengthen tone and sculpt your body. This will help built lean muscle, burn fat and lose weight. This workout exercises mainly the big muscles of the lower body, the legs. We need strong legs to carry us in this life to the end. To run after your grand children or great grand children, to avoid a accident, to prevent falls and so much more. You will need a set of dumbbells or can of vegetables or water bottles or just use your natural body strength for resistance. A added bonus is a standing abs segment.
