      Oh yes I have been a cross trainer all my life. So I do the same when I teach online, zoom and TV. My body and soul demands it.

    Just completed this workout 60 teams old and have so many health issues to overcome I'm doing it with the help of you and so many others. Been trying to get the gyms in my area to sign up with silver sneakers and none of them have any interest and that's sad because we all have it included in our health insurance and can't afford to join gyms. And here in Michigan the weather doesn't always cooperate with my fitness outside. I think I may try to figure out how to become a SilverSneakers fitness instructor and now that the and any restrictions will be open completely on the 22nd maybe I will do the classes myself if I'm allowed. Thank you for inspiring me so much

      Hello thank you for sharing your thoughts. I was just thinking this week about looking to what gyms will accept my built in gym membership benefit. You may find this strange, but the YMCA will not accept the benefit. I was thinking also about teaching silver sneakers also, but I'm leaning more toward just creating my own fitness program for baby boomers and seniors.

    Great, Paul Eugene. Inspiring jogging routine. I have been out of practice for quite a long time and have gained a lot of extra weight. Any recommendation to begin getting back in shape? I am a 61 lady, with 29 kg of overweigth. I used to be very active, doing at least 1 h of exercise daily and walking 3 km a day. That was 4 years ago, but i began to suffer depression and lost all motivation. Could it be possible for you to create some 'back to shape for baby boomers' video? This one is great but is for people with a more active lifestyle. Best regards from Spain. 😊
