@Jessica stopping eating dairy is just a tiny step. MOST blacks are lactose intolerant anyway. Best to also give up eating ALL animals. Yet IF you really have given up dairy then you will reach your goal much easier than most being that CHEESE seems to be the hardest thing claimed tp stop eating. If you are eating vegan cheese that you will have zero problems stopping to eat meat and eggs. Try JUST EGGS and Violife is great non dairy cheese by John Salley. He also has vegan wines too being MOST wines are made with animal by-products. LOTS of plant based meats out there these days also. Get on Facebook and join a vegan food site to get more tips. There are hundreds of VEGAN books and magazines these days too. Once you start you will feel better too. My hard thing to give up was milk chocolate, salmon, clams and oysters. I eat Gardein products and the Crabless Cakes and Fish Filets helped end those cravings. I'm happy with dark chocolate now too. BUT try not to eat too much processed foods and no more than twice a week yet rather LOTS of veggies, fruits, legumes and nuts. I'm addicted to avocado's, brown rice and dates.

Bro they sell mock meats at Walmart and Target now you can basically buy them anywhere and mock meats on average contain the same amount if not more protein than real meat.
Don’t forget, protein isn’t everything, it’s more about overall nutrition balance, you don’t need much protein to “build muscle”, around .6 -.7 grams per lbs of your body weight, me being between 201-206 I don’t go over 120g of protein a day, more isn’t necessary because I’m not trying to be big, I want to be lean, quick and athletic and heal fast, also, don’t worry about being a purist, you can eat eggs twice a week and fish twice a week or so but I wouldn’t do more than that, try to keep the diet around 90% plant based, meaning if you eat 3 meals a day each month (let’s say you average 100 meals per month) then 10 of those meals can contain either egg or fish or chicken, pescatarian is good, vegetarian is good, it’s just that overconsumption of too much dead animal and animal product that’ll get you....

@shmokey shmokey He's bloated. His face looks puffy and very red(might just be the lighting to be fair). His eyes seem to have sunk in a bit further, the quality of the hanging skin under his eyes also seems a lot darker and wrinklier. The shape of his face seems to have changed too it's a bit shorter and pressed together. Anyway, I was mostly shocked to see him like that, maybe 15 is a bit much... maybe 13-14 years. He looked pretty good last I saw him. Maybe he's just had a lot of colds lately or something to make him temporarily look a lot more tired and bloated...

@shmokey shmokey You are correct. It's a guess on an exact year of the amount I feel he's aged... Glad you picked up that obvious factual truth that nobody has disputed... If I had to guess I'd say he's in his mid 60s but since I know who he is and got a familiarity with his features I'm pretty sure my(as you pointed out) very subjective idea of his age would be colored by that. Thanks for asking me so much about my opinion in this matter though... Why don't you make up your own mind instead? This is not something that I enjoy debating as there are more important factors for well-being than his looks. Honestly I'm baffled that you took the time to answer just for the mere notion that you "disagree with me". Awesome mate! Keep up the good work

@@imagikarp8979 You've been bamboozled, mate. The vast majority of people who he has on the show and like to speak out against a plant-based diet (the healthiest diet that we currently have, backed up by science) are not actual doctors. He just likes to present them as "experts" on the topic of health but if you looked up their names on your own, you'll find out that most (if not all? i'm not 100% sure because I don't follow every podcast) don't have any real credentials. The worst one which I can think of off the top of my head is Shawn Baker who had his license revoked due to incompetence (www.nmmb.state.nm.us/docs/board_actions/07-01-17%20thru%2009-30-17.pdf ). He also stated that his back started hurting because he ate apples... Of course Joe Rogan loves to bash vegans so he lapped it all up like the dumbass that he is without doing any research on his own because it wouldn't fit his agenda.

Nikolay G haven’t been bamboozled by anything. I’m very capable of researching independently and I don’t have to subscribe to anyone’s ideologies or agendas. To the amazement of vegans, people including myself are capable of watching and listening to something without being “brainwashed”. I lead my life by curiosity and I keep my mind open. Obviously not everyone has the credentials that’s other may have or you may want, and some are just outright bullshit (usually very easy to tell) but to try and claim that everyone he has on isn’t is completely ridiculous.

I would not doubt if he is using others but chose only to name the ones that can be legally given a prescription for. How great would he feel if he came off cycle for a year? @@jamesparker223 well I'm not really going to tell you not to take testosterone or steroids or any other drug. I will say this however I've seen this go wrong many times but even that would not make me tell you not to. it's totally up to you. I would just tell you not to give too much credit or weight to a your diet if you're making gains through artificial enhancement. I will say this though. You will no longer be you you will somebody else plus a bottle of testosterone your decisions you make will be different your personality will be different. It will affect your relationships maybe they're important to you maybe not. Basically this changes you even more typical party drugs. This is a hormone this directly changes you and besides once you come off you will lose the gains and it'll be even harder to make them in the future. The doctor will tell you that's why you come off and on or take HCG or some shit like that but the before-and-after speak for themselves nothing's for free and you will pay for it in the long run. I've had basically almost straight edge friends who did well in school and work also well with women very responsible went out partying only would drink one drink and then say that's it. But then after a few years on gear they became raging alcoholics with serious addictions to Xanax oxy cocaine and even meth. I saw the whole evolution. You know when you see somebody that you used to be jealous of and then jealousy turns to pity. Not saying that would happen to you but it does seem to happen a lot especially if you are searching it out rather than a doctor saying you need to take it because of some bone loss muscle wasting through a disease like cancer or AIDS or whatever. But I'm definitely not going to tell you not to I would never tell anyone not to do something with their own body
