Some people may think it’s ok to make fun of people who who are saying they had to stop being vegan or vegetarian, but this is true scientific evidence that proves plant based diets cause human illnesses, diseases, and cancers over time. Vegan and vegetarian diets, any plant based diet, even the current food pyramid that is so plant based heavy, is nothing to joke and tease if someone quits.
You are seeing the truth of why it was designed by 7th Day Adventist Christians- and no- the “save planet” and “save animals” was a scare tactic to get you hooked so you would follow their religious non science based ideology.
7th Day Adventist Christians are not making these plant based diets to make humans healthy, and not to save any animals or the planet. It was to ruin human hormones! Look at human biology- hormones control all in your system and if they get ruined with plant based foods it damages all.
Just to mention a few things that affects. Ladies start to see loss of period, PCOS, cysts, Fibroids in uterus and breast. Irregular periods, severe PMS symptoms before they loose their periods, depression, cancers in breast, uterus, and ovaries, hair loss, weight gain, and so much more that leads into all the illnesses, cancers, and diseases you are seeing today. Men get ED, low testosterone, hair loss, weight gain, depression to just name a few, and all the illnesses, diseases, and cancers like prostate cancer you see today.
Teenagers-plants cause weight gain, pimples, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, leukemia and all other cancers, and all other health issues listed for ladies and men. Br a scientist before making a decision on your health. Do research!
Men and ladies have thyroid issues so body temps ruined, hair loss, weight gain of visceral fats that lead to all problems you see today-and all illnesses, diseases, and cancers seen today. Did you know there are this obese humans called “invisible obese,” also called “Tofi” humans. And yes, plant based is what is causing heart attacks, neurological brain diseases like Parkinson’s, Alzheimer's, ADHS, Autism, dementia, MS, and so much more hitting younger ages. Your brain feeds of animal saturated fats, not vegetable oils or any plant based fats. Even plant based is what is ruining human eyes, causing cataracts, glaucoma, dry and wet eye macular degeneration, and blindness!
The 7th Day Adventists Christians wanted to ruin human hormones by making you infertile, not able to propagate, and it is working! They are secretly embedding their religious ideology everywhere to trick humans into eating plant based! They designed the vegan and vegetarian diets, first called, “Garden of Eden Vegan Diet.” They designed the food pyramid snd RDA. They wrote the medical school textbook curriculum back in 1920 on their made up “health”, they started companies like “Kellogg’s, they are in the “health” and “Gov’t” organizations. Coca Cola is controlled by 7th Day Adventists Christians promoting the plant sugars to harm your hormones. And it’s not to save anything, it’s to ruin anyone’s human hormones that are tricked into it.
7th Day Adventists Christians are winning. You think you are healthy on plant based, and even if thin think you are healthy, but don’t be fooled. I recommend you go get a thorough check up on blood work, not just TSH for your thyroid either. That’s a start- then get T3, T4, T3 reverse, Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies, thyroglobin Antibodies. Get your visceral fat checked in belly area with MRI scan. That’s just the beginning.
Plant based diets ruin human health. If you plan to be healthy, have longevity, even have kids, you need to do your research and consider eating animal meat and animal saturated fats. Carnivore diet will heal you, and has for many vegans and vegetarians that have unplugged themselves from the plant based matrix and see the truth. Don’t be a statistic in the illnesses, diseases, and cancer rates that continue to rise with humans on a heavy or all plant based diet!

It’s interesting that no matter what “side” people are on… there’s always plenty that argue too far one way or the other, no exceptions, to massage their own belief.
For example, the keto business went too far with the fat thing. Fat fat fat.
Meanwhile, those against and ridiculing keto sometimes list only animal fat as the fat keto practitioners eat.
As a diabetic, the keto approach helped me better than any medical regiment the MD’s and original establishment were suggesting.
So the non-“real” doctors, the chiropractors, are totally wrong? Of course not. Nobody is ever totally wrong or right. Otherwise there would be no question or arguments.
The quacks out there from the holistic side are plenty, sure, but the wrong advice, dishonest greed, and immense damage done by the industry pushing medicine and medicine for that medicine and for how long pushed three meals a day of grease and fried carbs with all those fortified doctor-endorsed cereals, sugary juices, etc. etc.. are countless.
They’re all just human and make mistakes, sometimes they’re right, and sometimes just make money off your downward spiral, AND snowball effect from historically bad practice.
But they don’t fess up that often, do they?
Which study are we supposed to believe this time?
Many are real but mistaken, others are right but overlooked. Some are close to right but with one misunderstood bit of data.
Yes, it’s fun to rub it on on the keto god or whomever that is, but the MD’s that have been wrong are far more deserving of being called out. After all, the system protects them, and many get to stay quiet after a history rife with mistakes.. and it goes away.
    Not funny.
As. diabetic, I follow somewhat of a keto diet mellowed out, mostly following how I feel.
You know I can’t just eat mostly carbs, and just keep tricking my body with insulin injections, right?
I don’t have much animal fat at all, but I do eat meat a few times a week, and fat through nuts, olives, avocados, etc..
So I don’t have much choice for anything “fun” except those horrible keto foods you laugh at. Are they really worse than all the conjured or chemically manufactured foods I ate through the 70’s and 80’s? Really? Huh.
Maybe some of the keto stuff has scary or well disguised ingredients, but please, remember some comparable problems in the past, and that diabetics like myself don’t have much choice.

I may get some hate for this, but I think it bears saying. I've struggled with bouts of health anxiety off and on for years, so I've spent some time in pretty much every conceivable diet camp, and I have to say, though I've since taken a more plant-based turn for sustainability reasons, I felt great, physically and mentally on keto. I got most of my fat from unsaturated sources, with moderate amounts of lean meat, fish, and eggs; had no issue getting over 50 grams of fiber a day; and once I got over the adaptation hump my energy was incredible, I slept like a baby, I was stronger in the gym, my appetite was in the toilet, and my anxiety was at an all-time low. There are people who take it as a license to eat all the butter and bacon in the world, but even at my most fervent I never drank the LDL doesn't matter kool-aid. Every camp has its zealots but I wholeheartedly believe that shouldn't detract from the fact that, with some education, this can absolutely be done in a healthy manner with potentially remarkable benefits, especially as it pertains to mental health.

@@rebella5769 Highly restrictive but doable if you've got the gumption, especially if you allow yourself some meat substitutes like Beyond. My version of keto was very plant-forward, but having some lean meats, eggs, and occasional dairy in the mix definitely went a long way towards adding variety. That said, I think nuts and seeds are some of the healthiest foods on the planet, that too many low-fat people are too quick to do away with because of the calorie density. I used to make a smoothie almost every morning from walnuts, avocado, flax, chia, and hemp seeds, with some cocoa powder and sweetener. Delicious, filling, and full of good fats and fiber. Salads with olive oil and tofu were big for me as well.

I just feel the need to speak up sometimes against all this my camp vs your camp nonsense. Any diet can be healthy or not depending how you do it. That said I've been lower fat for a couple months now, and I feel pretty good. The anti-anxiety effect isn't what it was before, but the volume of food I get to eat now is insane compared to before. Appetite is greater, but since I'm eating more frequently it kinda cancels out. I'm gonna get a lipid panel next month and see what's happening under the hood. I never understand why it’s necessary to tear down the work of other people to promote your own ideas. Speeding up soundtracks is kinda punky. Dr. Mercola has always propounded that he’s on a life long quest for the optimal diet for himself and wants to share what he learns. In his latest article on the work of Jay Feldman he even says “[w]hile it’s nearly impossible to come up with a diet that is ideal for everyone, general guidelines can be provided. After that, it’s up to you to experiment and note what works and what doesn’t.” This is why he won’t take down keto supplements. Keto works for some people. Everyone has unique physiologies that need unique approaches. We can agree to disagree and appreciate the courage it takes to acknowledge if we’ve got it wrong.

Eating beef ends up killing far
    more animals, even if one
    includes accidental crop deaths from
    harvesting crops for those animals.
    According to the United Nations,
77% of global farmland is used for
    animal agriculture. This includes
the grazing land they’re on and
the crop land used to feed the
    animals.
    Any kind of farm-related
    killing such as trapping, poisoning,
    farm protection, crop protection,
    crop deaths, animal rights violations,
    stabbing of animals, shooting of
    animals, decapitation of animals,
forcing animals to die in gas chambers...

It started with a bad mood, the low blood sugar made me feel stressed out all the time, with more and other issues I finally developed heart arrhythmia. The ketotards would say "you forgot to eat lots of salt". Since 6 years I am back on high carbs, essentially pure whole plantbased (with occasional side steps) and my health is superb again. No more arrhythmias whatsoever. Lowcarb high fat can turn a healthy man into a cardiology patient.

I for example got rid of heart palpitations and skipped heartbeats on the carnivore diet. My heart is now like a clock. But I am not saying, that your experiences are invented. In fact before carnivore, when I was doing keto and started to do intermittent fasting trying OMAD I experienced increased heart irregularities probably because my gall bladder was not able to handle so much fat in such a short time. Allegedly there is some connection gall bladder - heart. Now I am eating carnivore twice a day and everything is fine.

Maybe a genetic test could reveal that? Then I could have avoided this terrible journey on keto and you could have found your luck earlier with carnivore. I don’t understand why there is such fighting over the one correct diet!! It seems like such a human thing to do… to create these distractions and avoid doing the real work of working on ourselves and being kind and supportive to others. I was shocked by the realities of factory farming when I was a child. My parents finally tolerated me becoming a vegetarian at age 11. Soon I became vegan and was vegan 25 years… vegetarian a total of 32 years. I followed doctors like Joel Fuhrman and John McDougall very strictly because I was always athletic but never felt my best. Finally in my 40’s after feeling sicker and more depressed with every decade, I got chickens so I could eat eggs. Two years later I added fish and then beef from a local farm. Now I have my own small farm and raise animals organically and naturally on fresh pasture. I reversed my Hashimotos on a healthy Keto diet and now work with Paleomedicina to shrink my breast cancer. My lifelong extremely debilitating depression lifted when I started eating animal products. The Paleomedicina diet is 100% animal-based and I eat what I’ve raised exclusively as my animals live their entire life and have a humane death on my farm. They never get hauled off to a slaughterhouse. I implore you and your followers to respect that humans can benefit from different foods needed at different times in our lives. I was always against factory farming but I knew we had the teeth of omnivores. I really naively believed we could protest our way to an end of factory farming. Well, it’s only worsened in my lifetime. But mass veganism comes with so many evils, too!! Come drive a tractor with mower (least invasive implement… not even talking a destructive tiller) and you will personally witness how many animals are killed mowing one field. And the poisons we farm monoculturally with. Stop being holier than thou… every living being on this planet is dependent on each other. There is no perfect diet. I wish all the vegans would become regenerative agriculture farmers. This would change the world for the better.
