I knew about moving after a meal to lower blood glucose levels and I would move around for 10mins after a meal. it has helped me with the healthy way of eating I'm doing ( not a diet ) and I've lost weight as I've been that and now I have a more structured way to move . Thank you for all you do to help us keep healthy.❤

Hi Lucy, great video. Do you know how long I should wait after dinner before doing this exercise? I am glad I found this video because when I get back from work, I normally eat about 7:45 and go to bed about 10:30, so I can’t do a proper workout.
Good Question, and you will get many opinions. Half an hour is usually the right time frame, but everyone is different. The best way to do it is, half an hour after you have finished eating, go for an easy 15 minute walk outside. Hope this helps. 😊
