The regime of situps and leg raises I relied upon to trim my waist during my twenties and thirties never resulted in anything approaching the dramatic waist girth reductions I now see in the mirror after following exercise instructions similar to those shown in this video clip for just a few weeks. The small "spare tire" visible around the sides of my waist that I battled to reduce all my life is GONE for the first time ever, thanks to these deceptively easy techniques demonstrated by Dr. Mandel in this presentation. These ingenious ideas are effective beyond my most optimistic expectations.

Lie flat on your back on a Yoga mat to cushion your spine, with bent knees and feet resting flat on the floor. Clamp a tennis ball between your knees, then while doing so, rotate like a windshield wiper at the waist left and right slowly for as many reps as you can handle. You will feel the burn, and see starling results in a couple of weeks.

I'm 65 and I've been doing these exercises for 2 months. I'm disabled (back) and have had chronic back pain since I was 12 when I had a very serious spinal injury (no activity for 2 years). Currently, my back pain has decreased 2 points on the 0-10 pain scale, and my posture has improved significantly (I'm 6'10"). A distance walker for decades, I have now been able to pepper my walks with jogging (as a result of a stronger core). Weight loss, improved mental health, and...wait for it...I'm no longer diabetic. I just saw your facial message video and that's next. This experience has been a game changer. Thank you, Doctor! 🙏

Thank you, DR Mandell, I am an 83 maie, 6' tall and have been following your tips and advise for a year. water, apple cider Vin and lemon for bloat and it worked great. I also have been doing stomach crunches for ABS plus. I started the crunches in May and i am at 100 a day along with a diet NO Suger, 90% less salt, red meat, chicken, veggies, and no processed foods, I dropped hard alcohol for a little red wine. I’m 77 and feel I’m in reasonable shape. I popped off these exercises quickly and easily. Felt great afterwards. But boy did I feel it the next day. Don’t think because they seem so easy that they aren’t effective. I will definite keep doing them but I will start out slower this time and keep adding reps slowly. Thanks Doc. You’re the best. ❤
Thank you, Dr Mandell. I've had several (13) neck and back operations. I'm medically boarded and this will help me greatly. When I was in hospital, the physiotherapist did similar exercises and within a week you could already feel those muscles. I can now combine them and it will most definitely help more. NOPE! Some of us can't get down on our knees or on the floor. Everybody can't do these. Please give those of us that can't, other exercises to do. Highly appreciated. 😊

Oh, I finally saw a live comment! Hello! I am 60 years old, and my physical condition is about 30. Every day I spend 2 to 4 hours on exercise, of which only 30 minutes are physical activity, the rest is yoga, breathing exercises and meditation. I follow a diet.
@@deepforestenergy60 I'm mainly watch what I eat, and I tried to get at least 10,000 steps a day. I do push-ups and squats sometimes and that's about it. I don't have a gym but I do have a treadmill at home pointed at my TV so there's no excuse. LOL I consider myself in maintenance mode

I have rheumatoid arthritis and I use knee pads
Chair yoga might be more suitable
