I did the first sauce with peanut butter as I didn't have the sesame paste. It is soooo delicious! I can't wait to get the other ingredients. So yummy.
I am so shocked how delicious Chinese black vinegar is, I now use it in my sushi rice, especially w chinese forbidden rice sushi...delicious, so much more complex!! I can't wait to try these noodles with the Chinese black vinegar!
Wow, the first sauce is incredible! Just made it with the handmade noodles of your recipe. I directly used the chinese sesame paste, the taste is so amazing, seeehr lecker how we say in Germany... I'll try the second sauce soon.👌🏻
So far I made the spicy garlic sesame sauce. It was very good. Next batch will have more garlic. I used homemade chili oil. May try laoganma next batch. I am looking forward to preparing the other two sauces. If they are as good as the sesame sauce, I may start pushing a noodle cart around town.
I made the second sauce but with Sriracha chili garlic sauce instead of chili oil and rice wine vinegar instead of the Chinese, then ladeled a scoop of the pasta water in and it was fantastic, thanks
Dear Sissi, great sauces! I have tried them and I am thrilled! A few days ago, a great noodle recipe of yours appeared in "Die Zeit online". One ingredient is gochujang. The recipe says that Gochujang is made of rice, soybeans and chili (etc.). However, I can only find gochujang with red pepper instead of chili in the stores in my city and on the internet. Is that a relevant difference? Or is it comparable? Thank you very much for an answer! 🙂
how much garlic do you put into the spicy garlic sesame sauce? didn't see it in your recipe but I guess the garlic needs to go in because of the name :)
I'm 99% sure all of the sauces are vegan! None of them is made of animal products and as far as I know, there aren't any animal products used in the processing!
Ja, ich habe die aus dem Asia-Laden, manchmal muss man etwas suchen, aber ich habe die letztens sowohl bei Vinh Loi als auch Go Asia in Wedding gesehen!

@@sissichen you should trademark it and sell it. I don't think there's ready made noodle sauces. This is a great alternative to instant noodles.
I did the first sauce with tahini and it turned out great!!! I also used homemade egg noodles!
EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. Thank you!!
Yeeeees! 👏

Can you please get rid of the video where it shows you licking the bowl at the beginning? It s very offputting and quite disgusting,
