I can’t move my arm atm, so damn painful. I had pain when lifting my arm over my head for 1-2 years, but I worked around it until a couple days ago when putting on a top. Something got extremely angry in there and I finally saw doc. Frozen shoulder. Will be over a month until I have ultrasound appointment. I hope I won’t be in this much pain the entire month. I keep my arm still cause if I don’t, it gets very very angry again. I took some paracetamol once and I helped, but avoiding using pain killers else. (Hurt so bad I almost cried .) I’m so impaired, afraid it stays like this all month.
I hope you move into the next stage soon, the stage you are in is the worst, everything hurts. But when you get to the next stage you will be able to start doing some mild stretches. I am in the frozen stage and I think I can start doing some of these carefully, sleeping is still bothersome some night but I can tell it’s getting somewhat better. It’s very important you try to stretch or it could last longer. Good luck and I hope you heal soon.
@@Tainakite112 actually turns out all it was was some calcification, and I’m fine doing physio. It was painful as fuck for about a week, and then I got better. Two different docs diagnosed the same thing and were both wrong. Not too surprised, it didn’t quite fit I felt. But if what I dealt with that week is anything like what people with a frozen shoulder deal with, all my sympathies to them. Horrible.
Been there, done that! I've had frozen shoulder in both shoulders about five years apart. Each time it lasted about 3 years. Went to PT 3 times a week for months until the insurance company said either get the surgery or go away. I had surgery. It didn't help. Back to PT for months and I was faithful in doing my own stretches and exercises at home. Both surgeons (different one each time) said that they could hardly get into the shoulder to where they needed to get the knife to cut. It was very tight. I hope it never comes back but my shoulders are not the same any more. Can no longer throw a ball as my right shoulder just doesn't have the needed movement any longer.
I love these guys, as an English woman I find them hilarious & would love them to be my uncles sitting around the Christmas table together, they’d be so much fun (and help!) just realised the have nearly 2.5 million viewers! They must be making a fortune! $$$$$$
i’m did the hanging booya stick stretch and after i felt my shoulder muscle tear and and some loud cracks and pain at the front of my shoulder and it feels like a bone i popping out of the front of my shoulder doctors don’t know what it is do you have any idea?
@@BobandBrad looking forward to the shoulder videos- I was just diagnosed with frozen shoulder and I have appreciated the videos and looking forward to the pdf.
I appreciate you guys so much. I can only do a few of these movements, but I know its helping.

I sure do hope you’re doing well. That’s so awful. I have a frozen shoulder right now for the past 5 months. It’s been really hard.
For some of my routines I use either a cane or a tiger stick. Tiger sick is great because it is not too long or heavy for initial stretches.
Thanks bob& brad
Thank you needed these
Still not finding the shoulder program on the web site. Looking forward to the PDF’s. Thank you!
Sleep time is the worst. To me, interrupted sleep is the worst part.
Yes!!!
Very useful sir
I have had frozen shoulder since 2013. And it is still going strong. Will these workouts help after so long ?
I AM IN THE FROZEN PHASE. PT IS VERY PAINFUL. FRUSTRATED AND DEPRESSED.
Would hanging from a door bar to avoid re-occurrence of frozen shoulder help?
