I'm a very precise person and can't help but notice little details. In your video you said you did 24 rows of EVERY colour, but in the photos on your website, this blanket only has 22 rows of the middle colour. Was that intentional? How did the middle colour end up with one less waffle (2 rows)?
Sounds like your stitch count at the end of each row may be incorrect. Have you been keeping track of your stitch count? Or maybe your gauge is not staying consistent…
