Read the full blog post here: spottedhorsedesignco.com/teaching-myself-corner-to-corner-crochet/
Hey, fellow crochet friends! 🌟 Join me on my exciting journey of learning the corner-to-corner (C2C) stitch! 🧶 As someone who’s always been curious about C2C, I finally decided to dive in and teach myself this fun and versatile technique. In this video, I’m sharing my progress, challenges, and tips that I’ve picked up along the way. 🙌
I’m using the gorgeous Heartland worsted yarn from Lion Brand 🧵 with a 5.00mm Streamline metal crochet hook from Furls, and let me tell you, it’s been an adventure! 🎢 Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out like me, I hope you’ll find some inspiration and encouragement in my journey. 💖
Special shoutout to my friend Tonya from Nana's Crafty Home 🎉, whose tutorials have been a lifesaver! If you’re thinking about trying C2C, I highly recommend checking out her guides-they’re super helpful. 👍
Don’t forget to subscribe 🔔 and hit the notification bell so you don’t miss out on more crochet adventures, tutorials, and maybe a few laughs along the way. 😂 And as always, I’d love to hear from you-let me know in the comments if you’ve tried C2C and how your experience has been! 💬
Xoxo,
Christine 🧶✨

I have never done 4 of your 5. I've been making granny squares since I was about 7 years old! I really want to learn Tunisian Crochet. I've purchased some beautiful Tunisian hooks to encourage me to learn. The biggest thing I don't know how to do is any of the Foundation Crochet Stitches. I just don't see the point. I'm 62 years old and I've been crocheting since I was 6. The basic crochet stitches have served me just fine all these years, I don't see why I need to suddenly use "foundation" stitches. I've tried to do them, I just don't get it!

Thanks for putting yourself out there! I tried baby booties thinking how hard could it be….😅but Ohmygosh getting them the same size was a challenge 😅 I tried amigurumi and got hooked immediately! I love working with blanket yarn! (But you’re right-SO many parts 😂) I stopped making anything else for a while. I’ve recently picked up my worsted weight yarn again and remembered how much I love that too! There are so many different things to discover in this craft!
