    Thank you! I have osteoarthritis AND carpal tunnel of my hands. All the joints in my hand have doubled. My hands get tingly and then numb throughout the day. I can't hold anything without the fear of dropping them (lost 3 of my good lead crystal glasses after the holidays!). I appreciate your video as it deals with both issues!!

      You're most welcome, Sabine! I was able to recover from two trigger thumbs without surgery. Regular stretching is key. Wishing you speedy healing!

      In general, yes, these exercises are safe and good for mild pain or stiffness in joints. If you have a recent injury, however, best to check with doctor first. I will be making a wrist exercise video very soon, so stay tuned! Thank you for your feedback!

      @@MoonWillowTaiChi THANKU FOR YOUR REPLY...IHAVE NO INJURY, I STARTED WRIST AND THUMB PAIN FOR MORE THAN A YEAR ..THINK IT IS DUE TO YOGA POSITIONS DOWNWARD DOG COBRA..5 TIBITEANS ETC I AM NOW 54 MAYBE HORMONALE CHANGES? LOVE FLAPPING EXERCISE.
