      @@ZacharyAdamGomezexercises rarely affect fat loss. They keep low fat levels low , but a quality non processed diet and controlling stress is what affects fat loss. And nothing will cause a fat loss of more than a few ounces in 20 minutes. Sorry, but this is basic biology. Selling a TH-cam video is WAY different than actually understanding your craft.
