    Question - does your facility have a method in implementing barbell/trap bar movements into large classes and still have everything run smoothly with load changes and individualised modifications (ie. risers)? Or, does your facility just have enough equipment for all or half the participants and you just rotate them though the stations?

      A bit of a loaded question but yes, we do groups where we'll have 20+ people doing heavier lifting with trap bars. Not all of them will go at the same time, 4 at a time max, but have a system that works well for this.
