    It's helpful to have templates that are proven to work from. Over the decades I have created some structure that I use and also teach my coaches to use with our clients and get them results.
    I share some examples and you can take the structure to create your own fat loss programs or your clients.
    I'll be sharing more of these templates and structure in the future videos.
