After having an in-staff on program design with one of my Vigor Ground coaches, I decided to shoot a video going over the exact teaching I did and share it so that I can have it reach more people and help more coaches/personal trainers to design better program for their clients faster.
The "in-staff" will be a new staple in the Vlogs, where I share things I share with my teams to help them be better coaches, whether it is better program design, better communication, customer experience, sales, and how to be a linchpin and stand out.

I know you mentioned energy system training or concurrent training .. can you do energy system training on the same days you’re doing resistance training?

I’ve heard people say concurrent program design isn’t necessary with beginners. You can use it with any level client right ?

It sure can be, you're just usually using submax effort and repetition effort for beginners, and lower level exercises to work on speed, agility, etc. It all comes down to fitting the methods, exercises, and regressions to the ability of the client.
