I think you're doing great Chef AJ. People need to be accountable for themselves. That's why you issue a disclaimer.

I love you share the muffin recipe. This is great option for travel. If people can’t have muffins they should stop the video when you say your making a muffin and skip through it. If they don’t make them then what’s the problem? Hard to get my kids to eat healthy all the time when my husband isn’t on board. Any recipes that help everyone.

Enjoyed your information. Concerning the complaints from viewers that don't want you to share things that don't work for them. I think if it fits the parameters of Vegan/UWL and you/AJ want to share you should do it. You can always mention/disclaimer that it may not be for all of you. Just like all of your recipes we don't eat all of them. We eat what we want and choose the recipes that would work for us. Thanks for all you do!

I didn't hear if AJ mentioned it, but another SOS-free cookbook that I just love is The Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook by Ann and Jane Esselstyn. This book has the best hummus recipes! The dessert recipes and a few of the salad dressing recipes use a bit of maple syrup, but those are easily avoided if you are trying to avoid all sugars.

I absolutely love the muffin recipe and appreciate it. Please continue recipes like that on occasion. I find them perfect to grab and go. I work 3 different jobs and can only warm something at one. I need WFPBD foods that I can grab and go; these fit the bell. I agree with you AJ and thanks again.

cook, put in freezer bag or in a bowl and freeze. I put in freezer bag so they can lay flat and on top of each other. I then save and reuse the bags.

      CHEF AJ
      Hello Chef 👩‍🍳,
Was pondering the suggestion some preparations (and environments) can be a “gateway” to poor food choices and thinking maybe the “gateway” can also serve as a bridge weaning some of us off the non-foods. 🤪

As a kid my favorite snack/lunch was a whole head of cauliflower with ranch dressing LOl is there a recipe to turn yummy sauce or some kind of Wfpb sauce into a ranch flavor?

It's sad that you are mixing up addiction to processed food and how it physically affects people with the affects of video games. Time and time and time again there have been conservative groups that claimed that violence in movies makes people violent, sex in movies makes people sexually sick, violence in video games make people violent. Everyone knows that video games are not reality. No studies have successfully shown any link between violent video games and violence in real life. In fact, the only information we know is that the more video games have become popular our society is still becoming less and less violent. That doesn't mean video games cause less violence, but it definitely puts doubt on the idea that video games cause more violence. If all the violence in the world happened in a virtual world with no real victims, i.e. not really violence at all, this world would be much better. I play video games in which I kill thousands of humanoid and animal creatures every day, yet somehow, miraculously by your logic, in real life I have managed not to kill anyone and even go vegan. Please do not promote this pseudo science that if someone is shooting a police officer in a video game as if that has any moral significance whatsoever and is a slippery slope to shooting police officers in real life. It's silly and has been disproven time and time again. "Do you want your kid shooting a police officer in a video game?" Who cares? It's just a video game!
