    Love the part where you're taking us through your thought process behind someone's training program, I definitely would like more of this on this channel!

    Shane, you are one of the only guys that is not afraid to be real. You don't put on a big show of how it must be this or that. You do what you need to do then you smash some iron. Thanks for letting us in on your day. Gotta find a bagel! Stay blessed...

    This makes me feel a lot better with my diet😂 I eat 4000 calories a day and I try to keep it as healthy as I can but when you work from 8 to 4 in construction so the best food you’re gonna get is a meal deal or a pot noodle and then after you have a 3 hour gym sesh it’s impossible to find time and energy to be cooking so meal preps, junk or take away are sometimes the only options 🤷🏼‍♂️

      Same with being in health care

      @@Palestradizzo I’ve managed to find better ways around it tbh so I can stick to a healthier diet but it’s still a struggle. I imagine it’s even harder with health care because your hours are longer and your shifts can be at awkward times of day/ night. I’m guessing you work in healthcare? So nothing but respect to you 🫡

    Started the beta alanine daily after your IG post. How much do you reckon you should be taking? I’ve just stuck to the recommended on the packet

    • @MSTSystems
      @MSTSystems  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey man, between 3-5g a day depending how much of a monster you are

    • @MSTSystems
      @MSTSystems  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To answer from Google’s
      In order to reach the saturation point of beta alanine (179g), you would need to consume 3.2 grams per day everyday for 56 days (7 weeks) before your muscles fully realize the enhanced acidic ion buffering capability.
      Reason why I say 3-5 is quicker saturation if use more but also if you’re yoked you may require more like 300g for proper saturation

    Been doing SBD movements for about 9 months ( also how long I’ve been training for ) and never have touched pre workout stuff. Never tried it but don’t see the need to unless if I’m seriously missing out on something 😂

    • @MSTSystems
